Chapter 4: People – work – income.4.1The basis of work and income.

The basis of work and the generation of income depend on ‘All of us have to work - all the days - in a productive way - for this we need to get the productive work - all the days’.

‘Distributing money in many ways, which only sustains the life of poor, but there are no returns from it’ will make the nation to go down economically? This type of nation will not be able to invest ‘money for research’ and other ‘innovative activity’. Thus the nation has to depend on some other nation ‘who does research and innovation’ all the time to fulfil the needs of the people which are ‘technology based’. Thus the nation who spends money on poor for ‘sustainability’ on one side, will

also be spending money by importing many things like drugs, electronic equipment, food items, and so on, continuously for ever on the other side.

The leaders have to think something which is practical, which is sustainable in long run like ‘make the people to work in a productive way’ and ‘make them to get adequate money out of it’. Stimulate the minds – activate them – that activation should lead to productivity and they should feel like ‘since, we are working we are getting the money – it is the money that we get because of our effort – we can happily spend it’. Programmes like creation of VPA and make all the people to work together will sustain in long run with stable economy – security – sustainability of the individual and the nation.

Don’t make the mind of the people suppressed, and make the poor people to think ‘we are only fit to receive and we are not able to give anything for this nation’ and wait only for ‘the day the ration shops open’ which is one day in a month. Programmes like ration for low rate, money for dried trees, and programmes which cannot handle complications will add to the burden of rehabilitation and causes adverse effects on the economy of the state and the nation.

I give a simple example as a paediatrician. There is a great difference between ‘giving one thousand rupees - every month to the parents of a mentally challenged child in order to help the child, throughout its life is a great help given by the government to the child and to the parent’, on the other hand ‘make the skilled professionals to stay in a village by creating the atmosphere equivalent to the city in terms of education – life style, keep everything ready to resuscitate the child in case a complicated new born delivers and prevent the subsequent complication like mental retardation and cerebral palsy’ is another way of helping the parents.

Most of the government is following the procedures which are not healthy, not sustainable in long run and can lead to economic instability.

4.2Why we need to utilise the power of peopleIt is because we have plenty of manpower and most of the man power is going waste in the name of searching the suitable job, waiting for the rain to come, sitting at some shop for many years where not much business is going to occur and so on. Every second of every person is important and we need to utilise all the manpower effectively for our development.

What are our limitations?

The limitations are education, population, skills, language, overconfidence, limited land availability, society’s differentiation in gender, lack of coordination, caste, not coming out of old methods, traditional practises and so on.

Why we need to understand our limitation.

It is very much necessary to understand our limitations, because without understanding our limitation if we target something high then we will go for loss after prolonged efforts. So understand the limitations of our population as a whole and identify the fields in which they do better and

concentrate on these fields in this generation, prepare the next generation to go with the world in a better way.

How to go ahead with this?

Simple example is – ‘keep everything ready for the new born to resuscitate with a skilled person, then we can manage most of the complications with ease. If we start searching for the instruments when the baby is not crying by the time we get the instruments the baby will die’.

‘Necessary things, at right place, at right time. If we spend only few hundred of rupees and skilled person to handle the situation can save crores of rupees in the name of rehabilitation’.

A person who is selfish – thinks only about the next election and about retaining the power, will not be able resuscitate any situation and the nation will land up in complication.

We can understand the difference between the people who feed their child with the bottle milk and those who give breast milk. Giving breast milk gives not only the milk, through which baby also gets the love and affection and it is the human touch, which enhances the growth and development of the baby from all the angles. It is the necessity for the people to have the leader, who is able to give such type of care, but, not the people who fill the bottle with milk and give it to the baby, and sit with the people of the same mentality and think about the next election.

Recognising the suitable person in the village through democracy, who is able to lead the entire village in a easy way with love – affection – honesty – promptness – who lacks selfishness - becomes the skilled person to resuscitate the village at unexpected events with all the units of VPA and will bring productivity – peace - health –happiness to the village.

We need to set up our nation for our development in such a way that – it should lead to better administration – less complications – better productivity with whatever infrastructure and administrative people available and gradually we can make all the infrastructure in a better way with more skilled and qualified people to handle the situations.

It is better to prepare ourselves for the sake of development – prevention of complications – to handle the complications, before the complications attacks us and make us weak to the extent where will not be able to handle it out.

We may be thinking this is not possible, because people will not cooperate for it. Make the people to know about the advantages of working together to achieve the state of development. If the people understand the things in a proper way then creating the VPA and MV will not be the difficult task.

We have problems at many places – in many ways – which repeats. And it is necessary to correct it soon, otherwise it will harm us.

At present we are happy to treat this type of problems, because, we think we are intelligent and we can easily manage such type of cases.

Thinking in a different way like ‘to create the infrastructure in such a way, so that, this type of problems should not recur’ will not be done by many of our leaders and they may say ‘it is not practical or not possible, so we will continue to treat such cases’. If we have leaders with such mentality, then we will not going to achieve anything for ever. I hope this book will make the leaders to think in innovative way and will make the policies to prevent such incidences.

So, try to select the leaders in such a way that ‘who are better thinkers and who has the mind to make things better’.

The various details of how we can achieve all these are explained in the subsequent chapters.

4.3The necessity to create the RCS – VPA – MV – MN

When we are creating something like RCS – VPA – MV – MN, it has to work in a smooth way for ever with cooperation and coordination of the people for better productivity. For which we need to have some working principle with us, like (1) Working together (2) To get educated with the available knowledge as per our capability (3) Adopting proven scientific methods to increase our productivity and to decrease the loss (4) Utilizing the nature to the maximum extent in a nature friendly way, make the nature more better place for our living and for our successive generation by understanding the nature in a better way through the clues provided by it. (5) Staying together (in Model Village) so that, we will have all the needy places in a walk able distance like school, offices and so on. (6) Income distribution as per the property, which we have as on today.

4.4Working together: Any man or woman with ‘sound body and mind’ with ‘good energy and health’ will not sit idle and will have mind to work which they are familiar and which they are practicing from long time. Creating groups of people with similar skill and utilizing their skill in a coordinated fashion will bring more productivity. Example includes groups of people who are familiar with plowing / driving tractor / irrigating the land / formatting the land / construction work and so on. They form the working

group – they are the people who work in the VPA as working members. The working members may or may not have property with them in the VP. Or the working members may have properties in the VP like house, land or so on. In both the cases the working members are going to get appropriate income for their work they do in the VPA. A single person may have skill in more than one field like he may know the work related to agriculture as well as construction or agriculture and plumbing. All the skills of the working members need to be utilized as per the requirement at appropriate time. Every skill is equally respected and all the working members will get equal income as per the number of days they work in the VPA. With this everyone will get uninterrupted work throughout his life in his own village.

4.5To get educated with the available knowledge as per our capabilityThe different working groups can be given training to update their skills which they were practicing from many years and about utilization of various instruments that can be used in their field which they may not be aware. For example, for ‘Cow keeping group’ a veterinary doctor and the skilled people can train in the fields like feeding the cow (nutrition for the cow), maintain the hygiene, collecting the cow dung and urine for better utilization as natural fertilizer, scientific extraction of milk from the cow in a hygienic way, to maintain the health of the cows, identifying the early signs of illness and so on. Thus all the people who do cow keeping today in one VPA limit will do scientific cow keeping and the milk generated can be kept temporarily in the chilling centre of the VPA and later can be shifted to higher centre with the designated vehicle. This type of work will not make the people to feel difficult since they were practicing the same from many years and the training will enhance the skill, working together can make the people to work better with better productivity. Single person will not get the strain as the work will be divided among the people and will be posted as per the roster, one subgroup will work between 6 am to 12 noon, and another subgroup will be working between 12 noon to 6 pm, so on, depending on the work load.

4.6Adopting proven scientific methods to increase our productivity and to decrease the loss

Science has progressed well and we see many useful instruments in the market which makes the work easier, faster and accurate. I am not recommending buying all the materials and instruments. But if it is useful to the VPA then better to buy and use it for our progress, but this may not work out with present small scale farming due to investment – utilization mismatch, but this will be possible with VPA, as the VPA becomes the large scale agriculture industry, thus we can utilize the science to the maximum extent in agriculture and get better productivity. Today they are not in use because of its cost, lack of information about it and lack of knowledge about the usage and high maintenance cost of the same. But the VPA – MV – MN makes all these things possible, available and makes the people more familiar with its use and maintenance. The people, who are interested in it, can be given the training about all these things.

4.7Utilizing the nature to the maximum extent in a nature friendly way.Make the nature more better place for our living and for our successive generation by understanding the nature in a better way through the clues provided by it. We need to utilize the nature for our need since we are all the children of this nature. But at the same time it is necessary to see that the nature is not going to be damaged by our utilization, because nature ensures the safety of the

people in situations like drought and flood. It is better we enhance the beauty of the nature by our work which in turn enhances the beauty of us. It is necessary to conserve and enhance the strength of the nature by implanting more plants. We may be implanting the plants on the sides of the road / in the school ground / around the office, because these places are easily accessible to the people who wanted to implant the plant. With VPA it is possible to utilize the working force to implant the plants in all the thin forest / barren lands / shrub grown lands and so on, thus make the land more covered with better forest. Many a times we make many people to gather, record the events by taking the photographs, make it a celebration or social gathering and implant the plants. Then they forget this issue, because the people who are involved in this work may be school – college children / some officers and so on, they have their own responsibility, and they may not be able to spend time every day with the plants, so the next day of implantation there will not be any one to look after it. It may not be possible to look after only by the few forest officials with that large number of plants. From the second day onwards the plants have to grow on their own. If there is sufficient rain, and if there is no damage by the animals, then the plant will survive, otherwise the survival of the plant is uncertain. But with the VPA working members dedicated for forest development, we can make sure that many people involve in the process of implanting the plants, preparing the samplings, transportation of the samplings and to maintain the plant at the site of implantation, in their VPA limits to convert that small plant in to the big tree which in turn helps us with its productivity. It is better to avoid implanting the plants on the side of the road, which are going to become the big trees in the future. Because, it decreases the visibility of road, thus increases the possibility of accident, widening of the road becomes difficult with increase in the number of vehicles, trees may fall on the vehicles and can cause accidents. Trees on the sides of the road can block the road, if they fall on the road till it is removed. Instead of large trees, we can grow plants like flower plants and fruit plants on the sides of the road which creates good scenery and produces good aroma, when we travel and they will not cause much damage to the vehicles even if they fall. We can plan the planting in such a way that, where ever the road is straight and the visibility is good, we can implant these plants. The road curves can be spared from implanting such type of plants. Even if the vehicle goes out of the road, then these plants should protect the vehicle without causing any damage to the people who travel in the vehicle. We can implant and grow the plants which are useful for us in all the area possible, VPA working members will maintain this in their village limit. Trees like rose wood, teak wood, neem wood, tamarind trees, mango trees, sandal wood and others are grown in the green belt around the model village, barren land which comes under the VPA limit, so called forest area, where only bushes and shrubs are present, area which are not suitable for routine agriculture, area dedicated to use the water which comes out after treatment from the sewage and sullage treatment plants (only rose wood, teak wood and neem trees are grown here).With the reduction in the number of villages from six lakh to forty thousand, we get lot of land for agriculture and the suitable areas may be utilized in routine agriculture and the rest of the land can be converted in to forest area and this will be done by the working members of the VPA.In this way we can enhance the beauty of the nature to enjoy the nature to the maximum with positive health.

4.8Staying together (MV) so that, we will have all the needy places in a walk able distance like school, offices and so on

The people need to understand this in order to grow with the competition that exists in this fast

developing world. It is not possible to go with the life as whatever life that we have lead in the past, since we depend on this world for our day to day life in the present life, unlike, olden days where people never used to go out of their territory even if they die. Staying together in the MV is one of the biggest acceptances the people need to do. Some people may tell ‘it is not possible to leave our old tradition’ without knowing the old tradition. It is the new tradition we need to eradicate. All the time people lead community living and living together, because of modernization unicellular families have arisen. There is a great advantage of living together, with the elder generation and younger generation. The present generation gets the love and affection by their children if their children get better care in their child hood, the elder generation will look after the younger generation and point out the wrong and appreciate the right and thus the child becomes a better productive citizen. Living close to the school makes the children to go to school regularly with ease, learn in a better way, gets more time for studies. People living close to the offices and place of work makes them to reach the house early, can spend more time with the family and friends, need not use vehicle to reach the place of work and the personnel and the national productivity will be increased. Services like health and education can be delivered better if the people live together in the MV. Accessibility to the people becomes better for giving information and makes them participate in the cultural and recreational activity if the people stay together. Creation of better infrastructure and maintaining the same in lesser cost is possible, if the people stay in one place instead of small settlement. Cost of the infrastructure will go up if the people settles in small settlements at different places and the maintenance of the same infrastructure will also goes up and quality cannot be maintained well with lesser economy.It is very much essential to reduce the number of villages from the present six lakh villages to forty thousand villages with the population of half to one lakh in each village in order to have better infrastructures like school, hospital, sports centers, processing and packing units, adopting scientific methods to decrease the loss and to increase the productivity. If the parents stay together in the MV then the children can start their education early like urban areas and thus the children of rural area also becomes better in education and most of them will enter graduation, will get degree and will be able to serve their own people. If the people stay together then it is possible to open the school of international quality through NES – VPA – VPS. If the people stay together then it is possible to utilize the man power completely and it is possible to utilize the skills of all the people in a better way through VPA and thus the personnel and the national economy becomes better. Improving the economy of the individuals is important to eradicate the words like ‘hunger’ and ‘poverty’, improving the economy adds quality to the life, makes us to thing better thus the life becomes science, this science of life makes us to lead the life with less mistakes. Thus the next generation will have prosperous parents, prosperous parents make the children more prosperous and they are free to gain knowledge, thus all the people of the next generation become highly qualified and will be practicing their profession. For example all the farmers of the next generation will become the degree holders in agriculture, and we can see the smile of knowledge in every ones face. It is also important to stay together to have better health care and to achieve the goals called positive health for our next generation. Better health care delivery system can be created and they can be netted so that all will get better health care in their own village. Better preventive aspects and better nutrition makes the people to go towards positive health with better height, weight, life expectancy and the power of the youth. So that, we will be able to see the people - with love,

prosperity, health and wealth moving, all around;Better houses with better ventilation, better light, better space is possible only when we become better in our economy, which is possible with staying together and then working together. Infrastructures like school, college, library, stadium, security services for protection in accidents like fire mishap, transportation, irrigation systems is possible and becomes better only when the people work together to create all these with minimal economy, which is our constraint. Better working atmosphere, helping each other and better relationship is possible only when we understand each other in a better way. When the people start living together the entire village becomes one family, and at the national level every VPA becomes the members of the family, the future becomes certain and we as the citizens of the nation can lead the peaceful life. The VPA helps the family, when the family is in some trouble and the nation helps the VPA when the VPA is in trouble. Thus we can make the nation and the world a better place for us and for our younger generation.There is no time and it is not the time to think ‘who did the mistake, where he did the mistake’ and wasting the time in the process of ‘searching the mistake, proving the mistakes and punishing’. All the people who did the mistake and who did not make the mistakes are the members of the family of India. It is the time to think how we can construct our house in a better way. So it is the time to plan and act together for our better future and to create a certain tomorrow.I am sure; I am one among the many people thinking in this way. People may be working from different angle to achieve this with different ideas, and it is not the task of this century or the present generation. In all the centuries many people expressed their views to make this society a better place to live like Basavanna, Yesu, Md. Pygamber, Acharya’s, Gurunanak and so on. They tried to make the situation better and this is the need of every century. The next generation may achieve something better than this. I think the people will understand the advantages of staying together and will participate in the process of their personnel growth and in the growth of the nation.

4.9Income distribution as per the property we have as on todayIt is not possible to tell all the people who have better property are earned it in a wrong way. Hard work and better thinking is the route for achieving better property. Many people might have sacrificed many things to achieve or to retain a small property. Now we may be forming the VPA in order to increase our productivity, so it is necessary to divide the productivity based on the present property keeping in mind that no one goes for loss, that the different owners gets the share for the property they involve in the VPA and the people who work for the VPA.

4.10 Caste – community – religionThe word ‘staying together’ and ‘leading the life’ is not a simple word as we think. There are many obstacles comes in the path of staying together. Some of the words that make the people to divide and live are the words like ‘caste’, ‘community’ and ‘the religion’. What is the use of religion, if it perpetuates the process of division and whatever may the content present in the religious books which tells about the unity, but the people who tell the word unity make the people to divide without their knowledge and ‘make the people to stay with them (with their religion) or make their religion to grow better than any other religion at any cost for that matter, because he thinks his religion is better than all and he should be at the top’ thus the people

who run the religion enjoy the life in a different way and speaking in a very intelligent way, hypnotizing the people. When the religious books and the religion is present from many centuries unknown and still the people are not able to unite means these books indirectly influence the people to live separately with the enchanting word of ‘unity’. If religion is the root cause for division then this world should be away from the religion or there should not be any prefix to the word ‘religion’ like Hindu / Christian / Muslim / Jain / Parasikh / so on. The theme of all the religion may be the same like unity and living together but they may be preaching in a different way, this difference in preaching make the people to divide. It may be the mistake of the people, but now the responsibility of the heads of the religion is to make the people to live together and make them work together and thus increase the growth of the cereals and legumes and thus remove the word ‘hunger and poverty’ and this should be the aim of all the present religious heads. Keeping things like poverty and hunger and tell the people to follow our religion makes the people to go in the path which leads to hunger and poverty, because the common people are not so intelligent as that of the people who head the religion and they believe whatever their religious head speaks and land up in poverty and hungry, because they are not ready to stay together and work together. Religions are present under the name of different people like Basavanna, Yesu, Md. Pygamber, Acharya’s, Gurunanak and so on; They might not had the plan to start the religion of their own, but they might have told how to live better and they are followed by some people who listened it and they become their followers, but these followers who strongly believed in their guru’s saying might have recorded all the sayings in a systemic manner, in the interest to pass it to next generation, that might have lead to the genesis of religion book. But over centuries, the people might have joined the same ‘sayings’ and it might have grown in to big population in different parts of this world under the name of religion. But, with the rapid race of life, the people become so busy, thus they do not have the time to read the religious books in detail and inculcate those principles in their life, but blindly start following it, might have lead to the ideas like, our religion is good and it needs to spread. These types of thoughts by the different groups lead to division in the name of religion. This we need to eradicate to make the people live together in one village in MV and work together for better productivity through VPA (Just an association of people to work together) and thus we can eradicate the words like poverty and hunger from everyone who lives in this earth.

4.11 Many Castes and religions are the weaknesses of the nationThe existence of caste system is the ‘weakness in the nation’. A stronger nation can target a weaker nation for its overall development by targeting, so called neglected or poor caste. They may provide the mental, physical, financial and social support to the people, so called ‘neglected or poor caste’, thus will establish a strong base in the nation they target. This type of support / conversion by a foreign nation may grow to such an extent that, they may establish the strong base even in the top most position of the nation, thus, only the physical capital will be inside the nation, where as the working capital may be outside the nation. This is ‘ok’ for any one nation, till this ‘foreign nation managed leaders’ lead the nation with love, affection, concern for the native citizens, but, if this turns out in a wrong way, and if the native citizens are treated like slaves, make the natives to work only like donkeys, shifts the earnings to other nations through various ways, makes the people to depend on them for everything, identify the people who are ‘intelligent and nation loving’ and shift them to the nation, they want, by providing better facilities to such NRI, so that they extract better work for their nation from them, and make this nation to depend on their nation all the time for

services in the needy segments, thus convert this place as a better market for their products. If, one intelligent and nation loving native wants to stay in his nation and wants to make his nation developed, then the ‘foreign agent’ present in this nation will create the situation in such a way that, the society itself will feel like, that person is not good, lazy, character less, has no values in life and so on, by beating in some situation, telling the people that he is negligent, not serious in his work, comes always late, not caring for his costumers and so on, thus the results of the hard work of the native, will not be taken up, by the nation. Sometime the fruit of this hard working person, who is nation loving, will be taken up, by someone from the same nation or from the different nation and the credit goes to different nation and thus if the person from same nation, if he tells that, he wrote that project, but with his bad name in his own nation, the people from his own country will not be ready to accept the truth, instead, they will buy the product generated with that invention by paying big cost and thus the nation will become poor economically.If one religion is not considering the particular group of people as their people, then that group may be taken up by another religion of different nation and if that group continue to live in the original nation with the love towards the nation in which the religion is originally based, then the native nation will get the injuries from the converted group in many ways.Sometimes, a nation can be attacked by the group of its own people, as these people are brain washed, as these peoples life is made better as compared to their previous life (relatively), as they made to think in such a way that they are respectful in their new group, and make them feel like they were not given any consideration or identity in the nation in relation to their religion, education, self employment, industry, business or so on. Thus, these groups live physically in this nation and loves different nation, with this, if they start hating their nation of residence, then that nation is at more danger.Weaknesses in the religion like division and sub division, disparity among these divisions, will make the people who are down trodden, to accept the religion which originated from the different country and later the people of this new religion under the control of some other nation will take over the nation to rule.There is a relation between religion and power / administration. Religion which is having large number of population may not rule the nation, the religion which is intelligent and wise enough to split the religion with large population will rule the nation.Many kings in one nation, many castes and group in one kingdom with the disparity, misunderstanding, un cooperation, over self ambition, helping the foreigners for silly gifts and thus making them to access the nation made this nation to lose its independence for many centuries. In the same way many caste’s, disparity and difference of opinions among the caste’s, superiority and inferiority among these castes may make certain group of people as neglected and they may access some path, which may be injurious to the national development and security. It is better a nation should create the situation in such a way that there is no caste system exist in the nation and there is nothing like superiors and inferiors, this will solve all the problems of the nation, brings stronger unity, peace, security and development.Any government which leads the nation should create some programmes to eradicate the castes by identifying the reasons why these caste systems exists, otherwise this caste system will be utilized by the people, who pretend ‘to make the people better, love them better’ and one day everyone will be utilised only for the sake of work and make the natives like a slave. Government making policies to give better facilities for neglected people may be mis utilised by these people like, for the government records, the caste may be different to get the facilities and by the mind and by practice

they may of different religion. So, this type of help will never eradicate the caste system, but, perpetuates the caste, shifts the economy from one group of people to another, makes some people to feel rich and some people to feel poor, some people to feel superior and some people to feel inferior. We should understand the thing that, the people and the government telling that, ‘unity in diversity’ is more theoretical than practical, because caste may be the root cause for quarrel, when it comes to the caste based quarrels. Caste is the root cause, for unhappiness among the families, when it comes to the love marriages between two castes. Caste may be the root cause for division like indo pak division after the independence. Caste may be the root cause for many holidays and thus non progression, because, different caste will have their own holidays to celebrate their caste functions, the government announces different general holidays to make different group happy and thus there is decreased work output and decreased productivity. Caste is the root cause for under development in any field, which functions with people with different caste because, daily one or the other employ from different caste will take casual leave to celebrate the function and if he is the employ who is required for further step then, all the next step work will be stopped even though the employs are present. Caste system may be one of the reasons for many pending disputes in the court for many years, decades and centuries like ramjanmabhumi-babri maszid dispute. Caste system may be one of the reasons for the existence of poverty because of non union and non organisation. Organisations run by one group of people belonging to one caste, will support only that caste people to come up in their organisation and the castes without such supportive organisation will not come up economically. Caste system is responsible for many elections because, when the leaders are elected on the basis of castes, difference in opinion, mis understanding, over ambition for the power, selfishness, partiality towards their caste and so on, and its competition make, no leader to sit peacefully on the seat and think about the progress of the people, thus no one will complete their term and the people of the nation will see many elections. Caste will make the responsible people to spend their precious time only on caste, because starting from the vote, till getting the majority and then for retaining the seats / support, the leaders will spend their mind only on caste. The leaders may be thinking how many castes are present in one village, how many votes are present in each caste, who is the leader of a particular caste, how to catch him, what personnel ambitions that caste leader has and what his demands are, so that we can get all the votes of that caste. After the elections, the leaders will again scratch their head for ‘who are the MLA's? To which caste they belong to? And whom they are going to support? After getting the support, these leaders will keep an eye on the caste leaders, fulfilling their demands, work according to the orders given by the caste leaders or according to the religious leaders, are all common. And in this struggle, the work for the sake of progress of the nation will be neglected and all the leaders will be entirely involved to fulfil the personnel demands of the caste leaders, in their entire time to retain the power and to regain the power. Caste will consume the national economy because, many programmes were done by the government to uplift the neglected castes and the first beneficiary may the minister in charge of the programme and the ‘last but one’ beneficiary may the peon of the office at the recipient end. The recipient may be the common person, who does not get any think except for the paper containing, that he has ‘received all the benefits provided by the government’, after he puts his signature. Thus caste is the major hurdle in any one nation and without eradicating this, no nation will improve. So, it is the need of the nation to make some programme like 'National caste eradication programme NCEP', after getting some experience with this, revised national caste eradication programme RNCEP and when we see some caste existing even with RNCEP, then resistant caste eradication programme

have to be done. All these words look funny, if we take it light, but it is more serious than all the existing problems in India like tuberculosis, HIV, malaria and so on. And the caste is the root cause for all the problems, few talented people inside the nation becoming rich by misusing the caste; but the majority of the people suffer because of caste system. No one may require the caste to live on this earth because, every person may be belonging to one or the other caste, will lead the life with the help of all the caste people. But, every individual will stick to one or the other caste because of many reasons like diet, practice, life style, profession and so on. Often our system makes us to remember our caste; all our government applications and forms are printed with columns for caste, all the school entries done with the heading of caste and so on. Considering all these things it is necessary to create some programme to eradicate the caste system.

Many religions, many castes, many parties, many thoughts by many people, many holidays, many breaks in a day will make the nation non progressive.

It is possible explain each in volumes. For example, many religions and castes will have many gods, festivals, poojas, and prayers, thus take leave in different days, many national, state and regional holidays.

Religion is like a mirror. If one religion has more than one caste, then it is a broken mirror. If the numbers of castes are more than the pieces of the mirror are more and we will not be able to see anything in a perfect manner. This applies to the nation and also to this universe. So, a nation should have only one religion, that is its nationality and the universe, should have only one religion they is humanity.

4.12 Causes for the caste.It is also necessary to think, even if we solve the ‘problem of division due to religion’, then, whether the people are going to stay together, is the question, which comes to the mind? The possibilities of staying together is less even if the religion related issues are solved completely to make the people to stay together, because there are many more causes for the people to stay separately. So it is necessary to list out the causes for the people living separately in the name of the caste and try to solve one by one, thus we need to eradicate the system of caste to make the people to stay together and make them to work together.

The various causes for the existence of caste other than religion are:1. Diet.2. God3. Belief.4. Work / occupation.5. Socioeconomic status.6. Customs / practices.7. Principles.

4.13 Caste due to dietDiet divides the divine, diet divides the love, diet divides the people, and diet divides the nation. The moment we are born in this world alive, we are in the list of the people to be sent out of this world and that time will come in one’s life, may be after some days, months or years. The mode of

death may be natural or accidental or planned killing. We cannot stop the process of ageing and thus the natural death. Accidental death can occur to any one because of the mistakes by the victim or by others. If the accidental death occurs by the others, then it may be unintentional or intentional (Planned killing mimicking accident / masked murder). If the death occurs by killing then it becomes murder. No one accepts killing, if someone tries to kill us, then we resist it and if we are strong then we may win in the battle and vice versa. We the human has the huge brain and the better mind in it, thus we speak / express our feeling / resist to the maximum extent possible, if someone tries to kill us. But the animals have small brain and a little mind in it. They express their feeling at the time of killing in their own way without knowing that, it is going to be killed, till the last moment; and then, they succumb to the death without any speak.It is not nice to kill any animals which have brain and thus the mind in it. It is necessary to understand by the humans that, they also have ‘mind and the feelings in the mind like humans’. If these humans are planning to kill the animals, they should realize that animals too will have the same feel. Killing any living organisms which has brain and thus the mind in it, is the sin and we do not have any right to kill any organisms who has the mind in it. So simply killing the animals for food when the god has given lot of food for the people on this earth in the form of ‘fruits, vegetable, cereals and legumes with better nutrition’, is not good. We know, the strongest animal like horse eats only vegetables and the biggest animal like elephant eats only vegetables, which mean vegetable can give enormous energy and proteins to us for our work and for building the body. We have lot of knowledge on nutrition and most of the doctors and the dietitians suggest having vegetarian diet for better health and if this is the case, then why we need to kill the animals for food. This, everyone needs to thing. Adopting one child, give him good food and facilities, make him a strong adult and tell him that ‘we wanted to kill you, and wanted to eat as our food, because we provided food from your child hood, we have taken care of you all these days ’. If the person who looked after him tells like this, then, imagine the reaction that adult is going to express over the care taker, what he will tell to the person who looked after him and what will he do to the person who looked after him. The moment the care taker tells that ‘I wanted to kill you for food, because I have taken care of you from the beginning’, the adult will immediately reply ‘who told you to take care of me from the beginning’, and the next sentence may be ‘I will kill you before you kill me’. Thus, making a child to grow well by providing good food, and then, trying to kill the child when he became adult for whatever reason, becomes a planned killing, and the duration of the plan may be for few years, and this, planned killing becomes the sin. In the same way, the people who kill the animal for food after they looked after the animal for log time, fed the animal and made the animal strong and finally killing the animal’ is also sin, we need to think, this way. We will not get the license to kill any organism by the god even if we nourished that living organism. As humans we have the permission to protect and nourish any organism but not to kill. ‘If we continue to kill the organisms in the name of food then the human species will never unite, as those who think killing is sin, will stay away from the people who think killing is necessary for survival’. If the mango is ripe in the tree, then it is going to fall without causing any harm to the plant, whether we eat it or not. Eating the mango and throwing the seed helps the seed to go to different place where another mango tree will develop to help the next generation. Eating the mango fruit

will give us vitamins, calories and fiber which help us to maintain growth and health. Thus both the mango tree and the people, who eat the mango, are benefitted. In the same way, all the plants help the human population and they also get benefited by it. It is the god’s creation; plants use the excreta of the animals as their nutrition (nitrogen, phosphorus, and urea) thus maintains the cleanliness of the environment and the exhaled air as their life gas (carbon dioxide) to grow and produce their next generation and gives oxygen for us to breath, which means there is a definite relation between plant and animals to maintain the balanced ecology. Killing animals continuously will impair the ecology. Animal farming for killing is a big sin and has its own effects on the people who consume it. Some people may say ‘we don’t kill the animals but only eat the meat’. Eating the meat indirectly promotes the killing of the animals. The person will not kill the animal, when he does not get customers to buy the products (meat).When we get better nutrition from the plant products, which is eco friendly then, why we need to go for the non vegetarian diet, is the subject we need to think.Vegetarian diet can give all the nutrients necessary by the humans and the simple rule is ‘eating all the plant products which are edible make us healthy and strong’. We can make the vegetarian diet better, and minimize the cost of the diet by eating the balanced diet, so that our body utilizes all the products in the diet, that we eat, and there is minimal wastage of the food products from our gastro intestinal system. Inappropriate consumption of any diet can lead to obesity or malnutrition, so to prevent this we can adopt certain principle in diet like (1) choosing appropriate composition of cereals – legumes – vegetables – fruits – oil. Many families may be choosing wrong composition of food articles like they may be using lot of cereals but very less legumes or dhal in their routine thus the ultimate adult height and weight of the family members becomes less. The usage of fruits may be very less in most of the families. Some families may be using diet high in fat, and ultimately may land up in obesity. (2) Practicing appropriate food preparation techniques which retains the nutritive value of the food to the maximum. Many families may be practicing the wrong food preparation technique like they may pour the ganji of the rice in to the drainage which contains lot of vitamins, make the vegetables to boil for long time and in this process the vegetables will lose lot of vitamins. (3) Proper eating habits, where we are going to eat all the necessary food articles that are needed by our body. Many children and some of the adults will keep certain food articles at the sides of the plate and they will not eat that, that may have the nutritive value of their own and if this practice persists then they may suffer from certain deficiency disorder. (4) Proper serving technique by the person who serves the food is also important: For example the mother will prepare the ‘sambar’ by using dhal, vegetables, water, salt and other ingredients. After the preparation of the sambar, it will be kept on the dining table for some time till the time of serving. By the time of serving, the vegetables will be floating on the top of the samber because the vegetable cells contains vacuoles (air filled sac), dhals will be settling at the bottom of the sambar because of their higher density due to higher protein content. The mother will put the serving spoon in to the sambar container, and the spoon may not go till the bottom to scoop the dhal settled at the bottom and the sambar will be served with some vegetables which came in the path of the spoon, when the spoon is taken out of the sambar container. Like this all the family member will be served and finally little sambar will remain and the utensil will be washed with the remaining sambar which contains the maximum dhal in it and that dhal will go waste in to the drain. This type of practice will continue, every day for many decades, and will lead to, the children weighing less for their age and stunted, and the adults in the family are short and small. The children

will be taken to the hospital only when they develop problems like fever cough and so on. The doctor who sees the child will be able to treat only the fever and cough, may not have sufficient time to interact with the parents, because hundred more children are waiting at the door. Even if some doctor tells about the diet and the parents may put all appropriate ingredients to the sambar, but it may not reach the family members due to faulty serving. Thus the child becomes stunted and wasted, adult with decreased power of concentration and decreased capacity to do the work. Thus choosing the food articles, composing the food articles, the method followed for cooking, the method of serving, feeding and eating habits will influence the growth and development of an individual through the modification in physiology and the pathology in the body.Economy determines the purchasing power of the individual for buying the food articles. Education determines the right selection of food articles, proper methods of preservation, preparation, serving in an economical way, but in nutritive way.Vegetarian diet is less expensive, more nature friendly, easily digestible, makes the people less prone for diseases, pleasant looking, tasty if prepared well, the nutritive value becomes good with appropriate combination of cereals – legumes – fruits – vegetables, all takes and accepts vegetarian diet.Non vegetarian diet has its own disadvantages: People need to make the animal cry and kill, cleaning and processing is hazardous for the individual and to the environment, meat transmits many diseases like cysticercosis, it is costly, has high fat content with high levels of saturated fats which are injurious to our body, diseases like atherosclerosis causing heart, kidney, brain diseases are more common, poor digestibility.It is not at all possible to insist the people to follow vegetarian or non vegetarian diet, and it is left to the interest of the people who eat.No one hesitate to see the preparations of the vegetarian diet. But many hesitate to see, smell, and eat non vegetarian diet. If one child eats some non vegetarian diet and it drops a piece of bone – fish – meat, then those who are strictly vegetarian will find difficult to live there and they feel uneasy to leave the child with the child who eats non vegetarian diet. This type of situation makes the people to divide and the reason for this division is the diet. Thus the diet divides the people. Parent resists and tells ‘not to marry the boy loved by her daughter because the boy’s family is non vegetarian family’ and they will tell their daughter ‘you will not be able to kill the animals and prepare the non vegetarian diet, living in their house’. At this stage most of the love breaks up, the boy and the girl will be separated. If the girl insists to marry the same boy with the food habit of having the non vegetarian diet then, the family members will say ‘we will not be able to come to the family where the people kill the animals and eat non vegetarian diet’. In this case the girl will lose the love and affection of the parents and the family, thus she need to live away from the parents. This way the diet divides the love.When the diet divides the love that is existing between the members of the family, it is going to disturb the peace in the family, disturb the mental health of the family, economy of the family, the relationship of the family with the other families of the village. The physical – mental – economic – social relationship between the husband and the wife is entirely different from relations of the parents and the children. Every family has their own roof of protection – pot for food – and identity in the society according to their earning and economy. Some may be living under well constructed secure roof, but, may or may not have a secure feeling in them. Some families may be having delicious food, but may or may not be healthy. The love and affection present among the members of the family makes the people to feel more secure. The food from the

family pot becomes tastier and will digest well if the food from the pot is filled with love and affection.Every family has their own habits in diet, cloth, religious practices, and belief in god. These practices may be transmitted from the elder generation. But education, migration, mass media, occupation, surroundings and so on will influence the family’s diet, cloth, religious practices, belief in god.Less attachment to one religion and / or people of one religion / neglecting one family or group or caste, makes that family or group or caste to shift to another religion, practice different diet, change of god, and their next generation will not know, which is their original religion.Family consists of parents, children and grand parents. Children love their parents, and the parents love their children, and make them better in their life and there are rare exceptions. The love between the child and the parents are continuous, which starts from the time of conception. Children are dependent on their parents at their younger age and the parents are dependent on the children in their old age. Children will have certain expectation from their parents; parents will have certain expectation from their children. Parents’ needs to take care of the child when they are young and the children have to take care of their parents when they are old. Thus, it makes the children to stay with the parents when they are young and the parent’s needs to stay with the children when they are old. This parent – children have practiced certain diet for many decades, suddenly a person in the family changing the diet becomes the family issue and for the family it is difficult to accept the change especially if they are vegetarian.Entry of the new family member in to the family as son in law or daughter in law with different food habit may not be possible to accept by all the family members of the family especially if they are vegetarians.For example a non vegetarian diet practicing son in law killing hen / sheep /so on and keeping on the dining table of the vegetarian family will make the vegetarian family members to suffer a lot, the sister / brother / parents / grandparents of the girl will not be able to share the same dining table. These family members may feel leaving her daughter is better than facing the situation like this, thus they will never accept that non vegetarian diet to be practiced in their house, thus the problem of the diet is not a simple problem.The people who practice killing in the name of worshipping the god and then eating the non vegetarian diet will create groups with god, and different such groups of people will make ‘one set of gods (non vegetarian gods)’ meant for it. The people who do worshipping, only with flowers and fruits will have ‘different set of gods (Vegetarian gods)’. The people with vegetarian gods will never enter the area and the temples of non vegetarian gods, at the time of killing the animals, thus they are away from the people who kill the animals and worship the god. Thus the people will be divided in the name of gods. The gods will be divided based on the type of worshipping and the diet they offer to the god, thus the diet divides the divine. If the nation contains such groups of people in different geographical area, then that nation will be divided based on the diet and the people uniting for the progress of the nation, and living in one place will become a tough job. Thus the diet divides the nation. It is not possible to hurt the consciousness of any of the individuals. Each person will have their god, gods of their choice. Their methods of worshipping may be different; they may give explanations for worshipping in their own way (procedure), they may give many reasons for the every act they do with the god and the belief they have with the god. It is not possible to tell or not necessary to tell to any one that ‘to continue with the same god and religion or not to continue’, it is all left to the individual decision, they can continue their practice and belief as it is or not.

We can create one prayer room in each house in the MV, let the family members practice the prayer as per their belief in that room, keeping the photos of the god or statue of the god if they have faith in the same, or leaving the prayer room plain if they do not believe this system of god, are all left to them. For example ‘a veerashyva lingayath may put shiva’s photo, a Brahmin may keep krishna’s statue, a Christian may put yesu’s photo, a muslim may put alla’s photo or one family may not put anything may sit and meditate for some time in that place’ are all left to them.But in the prayer hall of the VPA nothing will be displayed, it will be like our parliament house. The prayer hall of the VPA will be chaired by president of the VPA like a god for that village for that period. So, the people of the village need to think a lot before selecting the person to chair that seat, because that person has to work like a god for that village. No issues of god should come in that place, and the people can go to the places like temple, church, mosque or others as they go today. The only aim of the VPA will be ‘to use every square inch of the land effectively and to utilize every single second of the manpower to eradicate poverty and hunger from the nation’. It is not necessary to construct any more temples / church / mosque / other similar structures in the future. Let all the people go to all the places according to their interest, belief and occasions to enjoy the celebration. VPA prayer hall becomes everything for the people of that village, the work they do in their village becomes the worship, with the belief that ‘one day we will eradicate poverty and hunger and all of us will be leading the life with prosperity, faith and love for each other’.This we can achieve only by unity – staying together in the MV and working together with the VPA. Caste system may be one of the big hurdles for unity and this we can eradicate by uniform vegetarian diet, which is the major cause for its persistence. There are many more minor causes for the persistence of the caste system like wearing unhygienic cloth, not keeping clean by not taking bath regularly, not brushing the teeth every day, not combing the hair, speaking bad language, not keeping the promises given orally, eating bad food. Many of these minor causes may be the influence of the low socioeconomic status, and all the families will get better income with the establishment of VPA if they start working in the VPA. The people with the mind to serve the poor can guide them and it is possible to make them a better citizens of the nation by teaching every aspect like keeping the house clean, taking the bath regularly, brushing the teeth, washing the cloths, maintaining the hygiene, good practices of diet and so on, thus make them better in the society and take them with the main stream, so that the unity becomes better and the next generation will not feel the smell of caste and thus the caste can be eradicated. The practices will improve further with better awareness, better education. When there is no caste system, when all are vegetarians and when all the families are socioeconomically better the younger generations will have an easy life. All the marriages may become love marriages in the next generation as there is no caste – diet – money comes in the way, and marriage efforts like searching thousands of boys or girls will not make any difference in the life of the people, because all will be with the same quality. Thus the elders will not think too much on selecting the boy or girl. Persons making mistake can be easily identified. Boys or girls cannot easily move out the village or cannot escape from their place of living because the PIN will tell their existence in any part of the nation. Thus we can create the society in such a way that both the families are happy and not worried about the society by their son or daughter marriage, they can marry the person whom they love. The society is also happy because there no societal issues, if the two mind loves each other. Dowry will not come in to the picture because both the boys and girls will have equal share of property that they will be getting within a month after the death (all the deaths will be recorded and updated by the VPH, in case of suspicious deaths the property will be

kept with the government till the issues clears) of their parents through property documentation system and ‘PIN with family tree’. People will have many arguments for persistence of the caste system. The people who are said to be lower caste may tell ‘the upper caste people always kept us low, they are always away from us, not coming near us, they never gave us the education, they made to work only these types of work and so on’. The people so called upper class will speak in a different way, like, ‘they never listened to us, they never take the bath even though their colony has lot of water for taking bath, at least they should have kept their teeth clean, they have not washed their cloth for so long, they are smelling very bad, they have stinking smell, how to stand near them, it is not possible to see them killing animals and eating non vegetarian diet and so on’. Like this the argument never ends. Now it is the time to stop all such arguments and start thinking about the solution to make the things better. VPA can inculcate better life style, good diet habits, and work for the maximum productivity without wasting any time in the time designated for work.

Establishment and the sustainability of VPA and then the MV need ‘all the people to practice only vegetarian diet’. In MV we make the families to stay in apartment like houses in one building. If the people have two types of diet followed by two different groups of people, one group killing the animals and eating it, another group follows the vegetarian diet leads to arguments like ‘let all the non vegetarians live in that block’, vegetarians telling that ‘we need to live in this block and let it be exclusively for vegetarian people’, one day the vegetarian plumber will tell who belongs to VPA working team that ‘I will not be able to see the people killing the animals, I cannot tolerate the smell of meat, so I will not go and work in that block’ and so on. So, the people may give hundred of similar reasons to claim for separate buildings in the village. Separate building by the people and working under similar services make the place of work and the place of living away, mentally. For example the group of vegetarian teachers and the group of non vegetarian teacher starts living in different buildings, and in this case, the plan to build the houses for the teachers over the school building or near the school may not work out in the MV, this forces the teachers to use the vehicles to reach the school and the problems related to transportation, thus we will not be able to save time, fuel and economy, thus our aim of eradicating the ‘poverty and hunger’ will not be possible.Even if we accept, making separate apartments for different groups and accepting the expenses towards the loss of time, transportation, as we are seeing in the present situation, still we may see the problems related to diet in the offices like the vegetarian people sitting in one place in the office and having food, and the non vegetarians sitting at different place. If the non vegetarian person puts the waste pieces of bones – meat and so on, in the dust bin then the vegetarian housekeeping staff may not be willing to clean. These are some of the reasons way the present institutions and organizations are developed based on the caste, and why the government is not able to open and maintain big institutions in large numbers with quality in terms of staff pattern and thus giving way to the private institutions to grow well headed by the dominant people of that religion. We can also see that, most of the time the people who work in one institution will be belonging to the same community. This makes the nation not to unite. Such types of institutions may be able to give the education and make us fit for marketing and maintenance of the products of various nations, but may not be preparing the scientists needed for the nation.

The arguments related to diet and the different diet practices will continue and at some point it can lead to quarrel between the groups.

Even simple mistakes done by the children can lead to break down of the entire system of VPA.

For example the children from the vegetarian family may take some ‘dosa and chakkuli’ to the place of play in the corridors of the apartments, on the other side, the children from the non vegetarian family may take a piece of chicken kabob to the same place of play. During the play the vegetarian family child may develop curiosity, thus that child may taste the chicken kabob or it may bring the half eaten chicken kabob to his house, or the child from the non vegetarian diet may drop the half eaten piece of chicken kabob in front of the vegetarian diet house by mistake. This can initiate the difference of opinion and the people supporting the two families, finally it may go to the level of VPA and people may start telling ‘we will look after half of the land and you look after half of the land’. Thus the VPA may divide in to vegetarian VPA and non vegetarian VPA. This type of issues may spread to other VPA, and the similar groups in the other VPA may start supporting the people of similar diet practice, they start protesting in their VPA in support of certain group leaving their routine duty in the VPA involving in boycotts, strikes, damaging the properties, belonging to different groups and so on, and our aim of ‘eradicating the poverty and hunger from all’ will be forgotten by all, and the people will argue like, ‘why vegetarian person is not cleaning non vegetarian items in the dust bin, let him leave the job, if he is not willing to clean the dustbin’ thus only the people who accepts to clean the waste of the non vegetarian diet will be able to get the works related to cleaning the dustbin. If the plumber with vegetarian diet refuses to go and work with the pipelines in the house of non vegetarian family, then he may lose his job and thus the working membership in the VPA, such people may have group and they fight for justice will impair the functions of the VPA. Another type of problems like, in those VPA where the number of vegetarians are more may try to suppress the people who practice non vegetarian diet through non cooperation, teasing, looking low and so on and thus they wanted to make the entire VPA ‘a vegetarian VPA’ and vice versa. Thus some of the VPA will become vegetarian and some will become non vegetarian. At the district these two types of VPA may have difference in opinion, when they formulate policies necessary for the progress of the people.The diet practice will also reflect in the selection of leaders and the people will think, if we get the leader of our own then it is easy for us to formulate polices as per our requirement, thus the people who prefer non vegetarian diet selects the leader who eats the non vegetarian diet forgetting the need of eradicating the ‘poverty and hunger and make all the people prosperous and happy’. This type of MLA’s and MP’s thinks about their future elections, and will try to help the people who supported them, because he is a non vegetarian and will help in the form of sanctioning more money, more projects, gives permission for opening the factories and so on, for his supporting people without realizing the truth, that, everyone need to get sufficient money to solve the problems arising because of poverty and its effects on the economy of the nation. If poverty is present, then the hunger of the family may make them to cook food even with rotten meat. On the other side the rich non vegetarians may be so choosy they want particular type of fish, which they think it as tasty, particular part of the body of the animal (example liver or calf muscle of the hen) which they think it as more nutritious and so on. These are some of the reasons why the caste system exists in the present world. This way, initially

the VPA and later the entire nation may be divided in to vegetarian and non vegetarian parts and the administration becomes tough. This type of groups are the weakness of the nation, and these types of different groups may get the support from different nation, telling that ‘the non vegetarian diet is good, we support you’, and finally the foreigners coming and occupying the nation with the help of one group of people and later they make both the groups of the nation as slaves, thus, shift all the products of this nation to their nation free of cost, and the foreign nation people (Like the people who ruled India, before independence) may claim that, they are the owners of this nation and the people of this nation are the slaves. They also may claim that, they are doing well to this nation, because they give tables, when the people are sick, because they need the people to work without taking much leave in the name of sickness.No medical science will tell that by eating the non vegetarian diet, we can build good muscles. It is true that, without eating (especially the protein containing food) anything muscles will go for wasting. But, it is not true that, only the people who eat; non vegetarian diet has good muscle bulk. Development of the muscle depends on the nutritious diet with adequate proteins with the work we do, involving our muscle. This leads to decreased speed of progress and productivity and persistence of poverty, illiteracy and dependency. Any nation with such problem will not progress. Arguments like ‘those nations which are developed are they vegetarian nations?’ will come. Developed nations become ‘developed’ because of the economic growth of the nation by their technology advances in their country, thus, these nations made other nations to depend on their products manufactured in their nation. That type of economic sustainability may not be present in all the centuries, and the example is the Soviet Union. India is not having the brand of developed, right now, and it may attain the brand, may be within another few years, even with the non vegetarian diet or it may lose the independence again as it was happened in fifteenth century. Jain religion, Buddha of buddism – all of them are vegetarians and no one told ‘kill animals for food’ in any of their sayings.All the religion preach non violence, all the religion says, killing any living thing which does not give trouble to the man is sin. And these are the common factors of all the religion, then practicing non vegetarian diet is sin by any religion.Let us look in to our gastrointestinal system, our GIT can very well digest, absorb, assimilate and metabolize the vegetarian diet. We are not going to see any deficiency diseases with the people who are vegetarians throughout their life. We see many sports persons who participated and own medals in Olympics are vegetarian. If we would have seen some serious deficiencies with the vegetarian diet, then all the people might have selected only the non vegetarian diet. The people of vegetarian diet do well in all the activity as that of non vegetarians. Diseases can make the person sick that is seen both in vegetarians and non vegetarian groups.Nation without poverty, nation without hunger, nation without uncertainties, is possible only when we work together - live together and it is possible by adopting uniform diet system – that is vegetarian diet.All of us may not know the advantages of the vegetarian diet due to less knowledge in vegetarian diet. Knowledge like, ‘selecting the needy vegetarian items, hygienic processing, selecting the appropriate menu and the materials for the same, cleaning – cooking – serving where hygiene is maintained and nutrition is retained’ can be taught in the VPA, and thus we can make use of every food grain to the maximum extent.

4.14 Relation between the family diet and the plan for crops in the nationVPA will train all the people in the villages, especially, the people who prepare the food at home, about the need of the family members in terms of food, the condiments required by the family, the cooking and serving methods and so on. The classes can be given to all the people who involve in the process of cooking by the experts in diet. The dietician advises the diet based on the physiology of the working people. When the family knows its family members and their mode of work they can easily assess the family requirement of the different food items / condiments. Thus they can buy it every month in the VPA shops. The experts in every VPA will know the population and the population in different age group. Thus calculates the total food grain necessary for the VPA for one year. This way we will get the information from all the VPA and also from the cities and towns, thus we calculate the total amount of cereals, legumes, fruits, vegetables necessary for the entire nation for one year. On the other hand, the VPA will also be updating the information’s like, what are the products they had grown, what are the cultivations they are planning for this year. With this we can assess, what are the cultivations we need to increase and what are the cultivations we can decrease. Thus growing one product excessively and thus the rate dropping drastically due to less demand and some of the products gaining high rate due to more demand can be avoided. The problems related to wastage in the process of prolonged storage due to excess production and the rate dropping to very low price where the farmers are not going to get whatever they have invested, are all, can be prevented (For example the farmers pouring tomatoes on the road since they are not getting adequate rate for their products and taking them back to their village is again an added loss for them) and we can grow, whatever is necessary for the nation. Experts will also have the list of information of all the VPA, based on the type of soil, its nutrition,

water resources, which are the crops are better grown in that VPA. Based on the information like ‘what we can grow better in our nation and what is required by the nation, targeting all the people of the nation’ the diet and nutrition department, will guide the VPA to cultivate certain crops which are necessary for the people of the nation. With this, we can manage the demand well, prevent the fluctuations in the rate, prevent the wastage, and prevent the process of storage for long especially for vegetables and fruits. It is also possible to ensure the hygiene from the place of collecting the product, processing, packing, distributing, cooking and serving, so that we will not be transmitting any disease through the food like typhoid, worm infestation, gastroenteritis and so on. It is also possible to ensure every family eats the food which is balanced by providing the items from the VPA shops, but not the money. Since all the families will buy their condiments from the VPA shop, VPA team of diet will come to know the food the family buys and eats, this ensures even the poorest family to have balanced diet and thus all the families’ malnutrition can be eradicated. At present if we provide 30 kgs of rise per month at the rate of Rs 1 per kg for a BPL card holder, then that BPL card holder may sell 20 kgs of rise for Rs 10 and gets 180 rupees of income that he may use it for some other purpose. This will not happen with VPA, because all will be getting their quota and they are forced to use it. Since all the teachers with degree in primary education become familiar with the process of identifying any deficiency disease, any child with some signs of deficiency will be referred to VPH with all the family members. All the details like the monthly condiments they receive, the condiments they use in cooking, the health status of the family members, any associated structural (anatomical), metabolic diseases present in the family, inspection of the house for the method they use to prepare the food (cooking) – methods of serving – materials present in the house, will be done and corrections will be done with appropriate measures. Topics on making the food tastier, delicious, attractive can be done by the department of diet in the VPA periodically for the family members who prepare the food. Calculating the family size and their monthly requirement of condiments and growing the same in the nation makes a great change in the nation and we can become independent for our food, this is possible with the establishment of the VPA.

4.15 Caste due to GodExistence of god is uncertain for the common person like me; still I believe in the god, the super power, who runs this globe, may be from a distance like mobile phone, that we do not know.Whether the people believe in god or not, whether the people worship the god or not, whether they worship in vegetarian or non vegetarian form, whether the people offer something to the god or not, still, all the people are living and leading the life on this earth. Beliefs in god or worshipping the god are the interest of the individuals or the groups as it is influenced by our elders or as by our personnel thinking.India is a mixture of many religions, there are many subdivisions in each religion, there are many castes in each subdivision, there are many sub castes in each castes; there are many groups in each sub caste. Each group may have, god of their own. Each god will be worshipped in different ways, or one god will be worshipped in different ways, by different groups of people. Some groups kill animals, worships and eats non vegetarian food. Some groups use only banana and coconut as the materials used for worshipping.Different groups worshipping different gods in different ways may be present in one village. Misunderstanding in this process of worshipping, at any stage can disturb the peace in the society. History gives us, many such instances. At the higher level kingdoms were built and war happed

based only on the religion. In these issues, the religion, which is strong, ruled the nation, destroying the beliefs of weaker religions and the statues of the gods of weaker religion.It is the necessity for the nation to eradicate the obstacle coming in the names of God and religion, where the people need to work together and stay together to eradicate the terms like ‘hunger and poverty’. I feel, eradicating the things like ‘hunger and poverty from all’ is more important, than practicing the religion and worshipping the god. If killing and practice of the non vegetarian diet is the cause for non union, then the people need to think seriously which diet habit, they need to adopt for the sake of the national unity and development. All will never become non vegetarian and the only possibility is all need to become vegetarians. And people need to become vegetarians because it is always superior; it is the plan of the god and it is nature friendly.Sticks in groups will always be strong not possible to break. Unity with cooperation and coordination makes us strong. Division and re division even with the names of god makes us weaker.

4.16 Many gods in one nation is the weakness of the nationMany gods in one nation is always injurious the progress of the nation and will facilitate the foreign gods to enter in to the nation. The foreign gods will be welcomed by the people who are not taken up, by any gods in the nation. Many gods in one nation, will disorganise the people and some groups may not develop any mental attachment with any gods of the native nation and this type of groups will be fed from all the angles (socially, economically, psychologically) by one ‘god promoting group’ and this refused group will attach very much to the new god as they were not happy with the gods of the native nation (because the priest of the native god were not allowed the this particular group of people to worship that native god), where the priest will preach only one god for their progress and make the group to believe in the new god, and prepares the group to do anything for their progress in the name of that god and start hating the native god and the people worshipping the native god.

4.17 Let us work toward the progress, instead of wasting the time in identifying the people who made the nation not to progress

It is not the time to conduct the series of enquiries to identify the people responsible for this type of system and if that is the case all of us will become responsible for it. It is necessary by us to understand the things like we do not have sufficient time to involve in the process of identifying things like who did wrong things? Where they did the wrong? What they did? What punishment we need to give? And so on. In this process, most of the time of the ‘good people’ will go in the name of identifying and punishing the ‘bad people’.It is necessary to think in the way that ‘prevention is better than punishing’. Create the situation in such a way that no one will be able to do any wrong in their life. This requires multidisciplinary approach, one among them is ‘currency should not come in the way of transaction even though all are measured in terms of money’. This stops the illegal activity to the maximum extent and all the transaction becomes recordable. Anyone who has money in the hand can be questioned for the source of money. This is possible only when the smallest of the small business like buying ‘coriander leaves’ in the VPA shop should be by swiping the card and the income will be distributed to all the members of the VPA.

So, it the high time we need to speed up our progress, we need to spend lot of time for the same. In this process of speeding up of our progress, we need to have certain things with us. (1) It is necessary to go along with this world, because we are the part of this world, and we share the environment of this world.(2) We all need to love our nation; otherwise it is better to change the nation by the people who does not love this nation for any reasons, to the nation which they love the most.(3) It is necessary to use all the intelligence of the people (Knowledge of the people of India) of the nation and the technology available in the world, to make the nation a better place for us.(4) Love for the nation without intelligence and high intelligence without love for the nation is useless or dangerous.(5) Only love for the nation may be sufficient without technology provided we are away from all the modern invention. This people need to think, and imagine the situation without electrical lights, TV, fridge, car, bus, bike, medicines and so on.(6) If we are not able to live without this modern gadgets, and if we are not able generate the technology necessary for the same then we need to pay high cost for the same as we import more gadgets generated from the different nation.(7) If the leaders are not intelligent and they only love the nation, then they will not bring good changes in the nation and may lose lot of money in the name of some projects.(8) If the leaders are intelligent, they pretend to love the nation, and if the people ‘believe them and select them’ as their leaders then these leaders will loot the nation using their intelligence.

4.18 The people should become little intelligent in identifying their leadersIt is the people who need to become intelligent and at least they should know the person who is going to become their VPA president, whom they might have seen from their childhood, his intelligence, decision making, love for the village from his child hood. He is going to be the god for that village till he works as the president of VPA to bring that village to the better position. People should not yield for cheap one day life, select the VPA president with lot of thinking and consciousness, so that they get the most efficient, non corrupt, village loving person as their leader and the god. I think the people will understand the seriousness behind it for their progress. If all the VPA of the nation gets good presidents, then the nation will become developed nation.

4.19 You are the decision makerI wrote this book and publishing it in the intension of making my nation a developed nation, and I also have the imagination that with better sale of this book my life is going to become better in terms of name, fame, economy, recognition, and so on. You, the readers take things from this book, if you feel the sentences written in this book and the ultimate message from the entire book is useful to the nation and also for you. If you feel it is a useless book then you put this book in the fire and tell to your friends also. I am not intended to hurt anyone on this earth, in any way. The sentences written in this book will be applicable to any nation of this world, just by changing the name in the title (name of any nation instead of India) and of course, some scientific information’s like the points that I have mentioned as longitude and latitude will change. I wish the people with the ‘Giant personality’ will realize their mistake and will lead a good life in the

society, understanding the normal physiology, love and affection, the psychological bond exists between the common people, the normal life that the normal people lead. All of us will do some mistake in life at least in our childhood, like not doing the home work, not getting good marks and so on, they are the bad statistics in our childhood, and we get the beating for that, from our parents and the teachers, now I do the same thing for my children. I am not happy to mention the bad statistics of the nation, and the bad pictures taken inside the nation like a broken tree on the road, damaged electrical pole, poor school building, and more than one newborn in one open care system, so on. My intension is not to tell that, this nation is bad, but to ‘how to make the things which is better for, all of us’. Unless otherwise, we understand our problems we will not be able to correct the same.

4.20 Better organization is very much necessary to sustain ourselvesA non organized nation in terms of administration, economy, coordination, cooperation, intelligence, education, and science will collapse at any time, without giving any signs of possibility of the collapse. A non organized development in different fields like administration, economy, and so on is like building a big building on the tip of the needle, where it can lean on any side and will collapse at sometime.Rich people, owners of the multinational companies, and the people who have their foot prints in different nation will not suffer if this nation collapses and simply they will fly to the other nation, laughing at this nation. The peoples who suffer are the people who depend only on this nation for every steps of their life like the common people, all the political leaders of all the parties, and all the administrators of the nation. I think the leaders and the administrators will realize the importance of ‘organization’ and will act before the system collapse or before we reach the situation like the ‘pre independence time’.The people with the mind to live in India, who love India, work for the development of the India through their direct and indirect actions, along with their personnel growth should live in India. This applies to all the nation and the people who like and love some particular nation should live in that nation they love, without giving any trouble to others. A person, who loves another nation for any reason, and hates the nation in which he stays for any reason, is like the person (Nation) sleeping with the bomb (Nation hating man) in his pocket. But the important aspect is who is going to identify such people and who is going to prevent the generation of such people. Better organization, better control on every individual and every inch of land of the nation through VPA will prevent the sudden collapse of the system and that is the emergency need of the nation and that we need to do urgently. Presently we are all happy about our diet intake, transport, housing, clothing, life style and so on. ‘Maintaining happiness in our mind with whatever we have’ is the supreme thought and it is better to have. I am also happy and you are also happy if the same situation continues.

If the situation becomes better than today, then we will be still happier. If the situation worsens then what will happen? That you need to imagine if you have mind to think with the present growth in the world. It is necessary to act right now in order to save ourselves with the present state, for which we need to act better.

If a person is staying at one nation he should be the citizen of that nation both physically and mentally, and he should love his nation when he is awake and also in his dreams.If a person is staying in one nation, and if he is the citizen of that nation physically and in his voters id, but, he is mentally, the citizen of some other nation, then the nation who gives shelter to him is at danger even if this number is single, and if such type of people are more, then that nation is at more danger.This applies to all the nations, and, if the national leaders are mentally retarded in this aspect, then the sufferers are the people of the nation, including the leaders.

A stronger nation can attach a weaker nation, just by displacing the key persons of the weaker nation. Identifying the key persons of the weaker nation and the weaknesses of the key persons like, whether they are behind the money – property - girl, providing the information about them and ‘process the programme of displacement’ of the key persons, will be done through the organisations working inside the nation, which has the link to the stronger nation.Any strong nation can create a strong base, in a weaker nation, if the weaker nation lack skill in some field and depends on the stronger nation in that area, which may be religion, medicine, education, business or so on.A heart (love), without mind, and a mind (knowledge) without heart - both are either useless or dangerous.How a developing and the under developed nation can be attacked by a developed nation? It can be done through many routes, e.g. business (India has already experienced), education, health, industry, technology, economy, religion ect. People came in the name of business recognised the misunderstanding between the different kings, who were ruling different kingdoms. Recognised the weaknesses of the ministers like, ambition for money – power / kingdom and so on in the kingdoms – used them very well and occupied the all the kingdoms one by one. The kings and the ministers at that time had never imagined this tactful act of the intelligent nation and thus the entire nation is looted by them. Now, the game will be in a different way. Many educational institutions, health institutions, religious places, technology parks, industrial establishment will be working in India and they will grow to such an extent, in which the people of India will depend completely on them as employs of the institution or as the customers for their product. If they are good towards Indians, then nothing may happen, and the situation will continue, just like the present business. There is a possibility that few organisation may turn bad for the native people in the aim of getting lot of income for their products from this nation as the competition in the field increases and as the company face loss due to this competition in some other nation, where they cannot act like India, as the people over there are well advanced in their technology and less depend dent on this international companies. I think this our leaders will understand and will work accordingly.

It is better to learn the lesson from the past. India was ruled by many kings. When the foreigners attached one kingdom with their newer weapon the neighbour king enjoyed the news and sometimes the attack was helped by the neighbour or the top people of the attacked kingdom, because, those people who supported the foreigner did not imagined that, next is their turn, and thus the entire nation was captured step by step. All these are basically because of non organisation among the different kings, kings and ministers and so on. If the nation does not recognises the people, who are sitting in the educational institutions, health segment, business areas, who has the link with other nations, who may be helping the other nation

to get the advantages from this nation and this type of help given by the foreign associated nations institutions will be visible suddenly, when that nation attacks this nation. The new attack will have new dimension like, the people of this nation has to depend on the other nation for all their health needs, or for the technology and so on. No roads may not be available to lead the life independently, thus all the economy of the dependent nation will be draining through these fields and the agencies, through the gates of the national institutions working in this nation with the control in the foreign country, who sit in their nation and will act like the traffic police for the economy to flow towards them.

For better organisation, do not allow the villages to sprout any where they want, because they will grow haphazardly and will become cities in the next few years with problems of urbanisation (problems related to sanitation leading to diseases, problems related to safe drinking water, problems related to transportation and so on), this will consume the time, energy and economy of the people and the nation. Organise and create the villages in such a way that, no problems related to urbanisation arises when it becomes the city.An organisation may be running a health or educational institution or something like that, openly, and may be doing another hundreds of injurious works like stealing, killing the people against them / the professional rivalries / competitors’, identifying and sending the graduates to other nations - where they have the mental attachment and so on, under the cover of their service, which may be injurious to the progress of the people of the native nation. These organisations will do, this kind of work in such a way that, it will not come to the recognition of the nation loving leaders. Because, these leaders are all enjoying the good room, good food, good seat provided on the stage, and the good crowd present in front of them, which the organisation had organised. Thus the organisation will make the leaders to use only their spinal cord (like a sheep) and will switch off the cortex of their brain.Development of one nation will not happen automatically. The people, who involve in the process of development, have to acquire and adjust to the new developments that take place in the world. If one nation is not adopting the change, then that nation will be progressing slower than the nation which adopts the new thing as the relative phenomenon. Better organisation will make the new developments to reach till its bottom level.A person, who sits in one nation, thinks about the development of other nation, and not interested in the development of his own nation, where he is residing is always dangerous. Better organisation can identify such people early. Make the people to work, make the people to earn more, make the people to lead life with better life style, make the people to feel that ‘they are giving something to this society and the nation’. Don’t keep the common people only at the receiving end, lose the wealth of the nation and maintain the brand of developing. Better individual and national earning is possible only with better organisation.It is better to depend on a system where the money goes and then comes back, but not the system where the money goes and does not comes back at all. Better organisation is the essence to retain the flow of money inside the system. Some group in one nation may not allow their native nation to progress, where as they will allow the world to progress. Then, what it mean and what is the long term plan of that group? Don’t think they are the innocent people, they may be made to work like this by the some other nation and for which they will get good financial support from a different country to lead a good respectful life in

countries like India, in the form of building and running good institutions. This type of progress will continue, till the nation develops its own better organisation.

Excess use of vehicles for human transportation and thus emission will lead to excess pollution. Better organisation in all the activity and in village creation will make less use of vehicles for transportation.

A nation which does not respect the science but respects only the power will not improve. A leader who gets the power by creating the fear will not have any idea to bring the development. Better organisation will identify the need for the science in different fields and will adopt it effectively. Persons and groups belonging to any nation can involve in the development of any nation. The point we need to look is, whether these persons or group has thoughts for the nation with love - affection, which is constructive – selfless – universal - productive ideas and he should be interested in this developmental work. If the power goes to the hands of the people or group, either from inside or outside the nation, without love, without affection, if they are selfish, thought are localised, has destructive ideas, then, that nation is at danger. If the organisation is good with many numbers of good leaders, then few numbers of bad leaders will not be able to spoil the system.Any amount of income by the owner from his employs, the owner will not be giving one rupee extra to his employs when it comes to owner employ relationship. And, the employ will not receive one rupee less salary by his employer, even the employer is at great loss. And this is the simple truth. Better organisation will make, both the owner and the employ to get good income, and vice versa.Some group of people may sell the nation without their knowledge to others in the intension of self growth, in the process of overcoming the inferiority without expecting the treatment that they are going to get in the long term by the foreigners. To retain our lands from the hands of mentally retarded nation selling leaders through their programmes, without their knowledge, better organisation is required and it is the need to save the nation. If a terror comes to the house in the name of friend, he will think, ‘where to keep the bomb and how to blast the house’. If a real loving friend comes to the house, he will think, ‘how to make the house better’. Better organisation is required to identify the people with the mentality of terror.So, it is very much essential to understand the importance of better organisation of the nation, as, India suffered from slavery for five centuries, because of non organisation among our kings and olden day leaders. Many a times the foreign people took advantage out of the weaknesses present in the minds of the people of that time. I do not say, only India is good and all other nation are bad, but we do not know who will become bad for the native Indian in what way, and I repeat, the entry may be in various ways Business ( Over), religion, education, technology, and so on. Please think over it. VPA will become the good organisation to save India as India.

4.21 Physiology always works betterI think there is no harm in seeing the bad or hearing the bad, provided our mind is able to extract the good inferences out of it. If the mind is not able to analyze the bad and if it takes the bad as it is, or if it involves in the bad, then it is harm to him.Any practice, which is practical and physiological (Please understand the term physiological, which is normal for the life and goes with the life) will persist in long run and it will go with the life without any trouble and mistakes in life. Love in the mind is the supreme and all the body functions done

with love and affection with better relation, which the world accepts will run better in the society for ever. Any practice which is not practical and which is not physiological, will not persist for long time with whatever pressure the strong man puts on it. This type of practise which is practised against physiology with pressure by someone or by fear will always lead to trouble, mistakes and conflicts and will not sustain in long run. A religion which goes against human physiology will not survive in long run.The works, even with physiology, need to be analysed with the soul/mind, which needs thinking, in such a way that, whether that physiological process is acceptable to the norms of the society, so, If we need to act, then we should know, whether our act is right or not.Physiology is always the truth, in which the soul (inner consciousness) is the supreme; soul is developed by the norms of the society and the society is modified from time to time with physiology and pathology. The concept of husband and wife might have generated unlike other animals, because of the pathology, that the elder generation noticed with the family life, retaining the physiology. Every act in our life is going to be recorded in our mind that becomes the truth, and will influence our behaviour, and if we go against this record, then it becomes the false and it has got its influence on life and health. Truth lives for long, false lives for short. Let us work with truth to live long.It is mandatory to see both the good and bad. It is necessary to hear both good and bad. It is necessary to speak only good (Remember the three monkey statue covering the eye, ears and the mouth). If we are not hearing the bad and seeing the bad, then we may fail to recognise the bad and may land up in bad. Thus know what is bad and be away from it.

4.22 There is a relation between the money and the mindMay be the suffering in my life and the events, that, I had seen in my profession life made me create and see the nation and the world, that I had imagined, and this imaginations of mine, should reach all the people, so that, with the imaginations of the people added to my imagination, we can construct still better nation and for this reason, I wrote this book. There is the influence of my economy and delay in reaching the people with this book. If, I was economically strong, I would have completed this work long back or I might have enjoyed my life, without thinking about the nation. Money in the hands of the man and the thought that arises in the mind, are interrelated: If a man has no money in the hand – then the mind will think, what I shall do, to lead my life, in this moment. If a man has few hundreds of rupees in his hand, makes him to think, I need this money to lead my life till evening, what will I do for tomorrow. Few thousands of rupees in the hand will make the mind to go for buying something needed for his life, on the other hand, if he does not have the plan for that money then he may lose it, in various ways. A man with the money in the hand and mind to serve the people will make all his people to come up with his ideal horizontal thoughts, on the other hand, a person with the selfishness in his mind will try to grab the money of all the people with his cunning intelligence and will make many properties in his name, and he thinks it should be for him or for his children with his vertical type of thought.

4.23 Poor – poverty – law – Environment.Poverty exists not because of the poor, but because of the cunning rich, but not all the rich. Poor people lack the skill of earning, so called ‘legal money’ and suffer from the consequences of poverty, but still they want to lead the legal life. Cunning rich, know, how much maximum work can be extracted for how much less salary, so that, they remain rich always and they teach these skills to their next generation and they look legal and thus they lead legal rich life. Most of the time, cunning rich will target only the work which earns crores of rupees and sometimes they do charity with thousand of rupees.

It is very much essential to eradicate poverty to save our planet. In this aspect I have mentioned few points relating the poverty with the environment.

Relation between the people living with poverty and their impact on ‘the environment and the nation’ are as follows;

1. Poverty makes the people to depend on the products which are cheap, thus they may be of the low quality with short life span, thus leads to increased waste generation and its impact on the environment.2. Poverty makes the people to depend on the low cost transportation vehicle, thus these vehicles will emit more emission in the nature leading to the pollution.3. Poverty makes the people to depend on the free/cheap/charitable hospitals, where these organisations face more demand than the supply thus these organisations may make the people to become symptomatically better but may make them chronic carrier or a morbid person with the brand of ‘no disease’. Example dispensing the medicines for two or three days in the place of five to seven day course may lead to drug resistant strains and later these microbes may infect the other people. 4. Poverty makes the people to live in unhygienic atmosphere, poor sanitary facility, open air defecation and so on. All these will lead to surface water contamination.5. Poverty makes the people to live in poor, over crowded house and make the environment suitable for the spread of communicable diseases.6. Poverty makes the people to have Poor food (food combination with poor nutrition) leading to poor build, low blood proteins and immunoglobulin’s, thus the malnutrition related diseases and acting like the reservoir for diseases apart from the multiple sufferings.7. Poverty makes the people to depend on the poor quality school or their profession making them to live away from the school leads to ‘late to start in education’ for their children and less gain of knowledge and more dependency. 8. Poverty makes the people to compare their life with the life of the rich, with this respect some strong poor man looking at the lifestyle of the rich, thus he wants to become rich in short span and indulging himself in crime to get the money thinking that he can lead better life in the future.9. Poverty makes the people not to earn more wealth, and this mechanism is complex and common sense will make us understand how it is happening. This leads to poor per capita income – poor nutrition – poor life style – poor build – poor work capacity at the individual level and poor tax collection – poor national economy – poor investment on education / health / infrastructure of the nation, poor education / health / infrastructure will increase in the individual expense and environmental deterioration (e.g. Poor road leads to less mileage and increased emission).

10.Nation with the people of poverty with less build – less knowledge – more diseases makes the nation to import essentials materials / equipments and medicines in large quantity for higher price and it may be unaffordable for the common person or the common person has to get it by investing his life time earning, thus the person remains poor and thus the nation remains poor.11. Poverty makes the poor farmers to spry the insecticides any number of times to save their crop, thus makes the food poisonous and the also the land pollution.12.Poverty makes the farmers to sell their products in an unhygienic way where many food born diseases will add to the food on the way to its final consumption.

Eradicating Poverty is the need to save the earth for our younger generation; otherwise we will land up in grave problems related to environmental issues like deforestation, desertification, global warming, diseases related to poor chemical and microbiological quality of the water, poor air quality, harmful rays entering the atmosphere due to high emission rate, and so on.

4.24 Real religions are in the religious bookA religion which looks the entire people equal, and which makes all the people equal, will thrive, and others will vanish, irrespective of any amount good material present in its religious epic. It is not important that how good the epic is, it is important that how much it is reaching the people, understood by the people, opportunity re listen and re think about it, how much they feel it as useful to them, how much the people are attached to it.It is better to create a single group of nation lovers with one religion like mindset. May be the group of good or bad. The group of good is always compatible with groups of good or the group of bad is also compatible with groups of bad. Combination of good and bad groups is always injurious to the progress. Good and bad are the norms set by the group of people. For example eating the non vegetarian diet is considered as the bad practice by a group of people, where as eating the non vegetarian diet is normal in another group of people. Thus the common factors like truth, non violence, peace, may be present in the religious book or only few people may be practising the same, but the reality may be different.

4.25 Profession and the nationIf a nation is not self sufficient to prepare some professionals, with their mindset of love and affection only towards their profession, but not towards the nation, through their profession, then that nation is not independent. In this aspect, India is not independent, in all the professions. Any nation, who provides the technology, can play anything with the dependent nation at anytime it wants.Professional monopoly by one group of people and not allowing, others to come up in the profession with some new findings in their field by not willing at the scientific evidences available, and make the someone in their group to come up with some more evidences based on the evidences of the previous person and publishing in a different way without making the people to know that the ‘stuff inside is the same, in a different bowl’ is also possible by the selfish group of people. Intelligent or not so intelligent, who saves the nation? Is the question to be answered. There is a relation between the national economy and the opportunities for the intelligent people. Intelligent people of one nation may not help their own nation to make it developed, if they are in

developing and under developed nation. It may be because, they may have fewer opportunities in their native nation, and the opportunities are wide for them throughout the world, and they can go to any part of the world, which they feel better in terms of money and lifestyle. So, only those who are not so intelligent, are thinking about the problems of the nation and solving the same, thus, they have to save the nation. But, these people taking advantage of their power in the nation, utilising their intelligence, and creating their own group of people with power to make money for their personnel development all the time, is again more injurious to nation they rule. Intelligent people flying away from the nation, is the ‘onetime loss for the nation’ because the nation lost, its investment for making its citizen intelligent through education. But, those who have not utilised this investment of the nation effectively in their early student life, later developing love towards the nation, becoming the leader in the nation and then digging the nation, every day, every minute, in every field, only for their personnel development, are more injurious than, the people who fly away from the nation, when once they become fit for fly.

4.26 It is necessary to control the population explosionThe earth will not support human population explosion; it is not only for the sake of food but because of various reasons.1. Humans will go for formal agriculture to generate the food that the other animals will not do. Utilisation of insecticides, chemicals, emissions from the instruments and vehicles used in the formal agriculture is injurious to the earth.2. Humans use plastics, synthetic clothes, dyes, colouring agents and so on, that the other animals do not use, are injurious to the earth.3. It is possible to divert the water, which reaches the sea without helping the mankind, but it is not possible to expand the land in to the sea for agriculture purpose, to meet the increasing demand of food grains due to population explosion. So, it is very much essential to control the population, depending upon the available geographical area. Since we will not be able to expand the available geographical area, it is always better to organise the available area in a effective way and use it in a better way.

4.27 Government and private appointing systemLet us, look in to the procedures followed in the government and the private set up, while giving appointments, they are entirely different. Government will get good candidates through the records at organised interviews, which may be true or false, whereas, the private people take the employ as soon as they see a suitable / good candidate for them. People need to, go to government setup many a times to get the job, full filling all the criteria’s, the private organisation may appoint the person if he is good, with flexible criteria’s. Government loses many good candidates in the process of cumbersome appointing procedures, private people search for good people for job. Government is strictly follows the roaster, private strictly looks in to the productivity. Government may give a secure job, private organisations will have their own set of rules to remove the candidates from the job, if they are not up to the mark. ‘Post / cadre’ is more important for the government and thus will have fixed salary structure for all the equal cadre people, private people will assess the efficiency of the candidate and may enhance the salary. Service is the main motto, quality may be compromised with poor economy in government sector, private people make the people to get the quality service thus retain the customers or there may be the foul play going on. Corruption may play a role in

getting the job, so, those who give better bribe may get the job, even if they are not good in academics, private people may look in the quality of the candidates before appointing them as their employ. Like this we can enumerate many differences between the government and private appointing system, and ultimately it makes the private system to thrive well through the hardness present with the appointing system in the government sector for the good candidates.

4.28 This world is at loss, because my book has reached the people of this world, late.

I am simply telling that, this world is at loss, because my thoughts are not utilized at the right time for the welfare of the people of this world, because, I could not reach the people of this world early, as I am in a developing world. My national economy influenced my economy, that influenced the process of reaching out to the people of world.Conflicts and difference in opinion between the two people make the opinion seeking person to seek the opinion from the third person and the opinion that he accepts may not be correct always. For example one father may bring his child to one hospital for the diagnosis and treatment for some problem and the child will be seen by the two doctors and these doctors will make two different diagnoses and will advise two different treatments and will say they are correct and the child's father is confused. He will, seek opinion from the third doctor, who may make wrong diagnosis and may give wrong treatment, but, the father of the child may accept the treatment because there is only one diagnosis and may suffer and the person who is right among the two will receive the child at the terminal stage where there are no treatment options are left. So, making the right diagnosis and taking the right decision at the right time is very important, even in the case of the nation. No one should accept the thing till he is completely convinced. Simply accepting the things, without being convinced will lead to lot of errors and failures. So don’t accept the views written in this book simply. By showing the errors in the book will lead to the path to build developed India, without errors. Thus, we can enjoy the life without errors, because we are living in this nation. So, think many times and if you are not convinced feel free to point out my errors. If you keep quiet and if my views are implemented then you are going to lead the life with errors and you will feel bad about this nation.I don’t have the mind to build building and roads, but I have the mind to gain love from the people of this nation and the world, I am sure, If I gain the love of the people of this nation and the world, constructing the love – affections – peace – cooperation – coordination in the minds of the people will happen automatically, that itself will lead to creation of all the structures like irrigation canals – schools & colleges – buildings – roads and so on. All depends on the love, the people develops on the people with whom they come in contact. This book is for systematic organised discussion and then to proceed, keeping the progress of the nation in mind, that is the progress of my life and your life.
