INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Suzuki LTR450 Frame Skid S061021 To avoid injury or damage to your ATV, read these instructions before installation. 1. Parts List: Item Part Name Description Qty 1 Frame Skid Plate 1 2 Hook .570 Hook 4 3 Bolt, Hex Flange Head M6x1.0P x 16mm 4 4 Bolt, Hex Flange Head M6x1.0P x 20mm 1 5 Spacer 1/4 Thick 1 6 Spacer 1/8 Thick 1 7 1” x 2” Adhesive Backed Rubber Vibration Pad 4 2. Preparation: a) Lock rear brake on bike and plug gas tank vent hose. b) Stand bike upright to rest on the rear grab bar. c) Remove existing frame skid plate. 3. Item Part Name Description Qty1 Frame Skid Plate 12 Hook .570 Hook 43 Bolt, Hex Flange Head M6x1.0P x 16mm 44 Bolt, Hex Flange Head M6x1.0P x 20mm 15 Spacer 1/4 Thick 16 Spacer 1/8 Thick 17 1” x 2” Adhesive Backed Rubber Vibration Pad 4

2. Preparation:a) Lock rear brake on bike and plug gas tank vent hose.

b) Stand bike upright to rest on the rear grab bar.

c) Remove existing frame skid plate.

3. Installation: Follow diagram, working from forward mount down to rear, torque bolts to 12 ft-lbs.
