Those officers who are being transferred in Nigam interest are hereby directed to join their new place of posting immediately. 2. For the smooth functioning, operation and maintenance of GSS;the Conserned Officer/SE/CE will ensure that, the officers who are being transferred on their own request shall only be relieved for their new place of posting from the present place of posting on joining of officer who has been transferred in Nigam Interest on that place. Violation of these instructions will be viewed seriously and defaulter will be liable for disciplinary action. 3. The officer who will relinquish the charge on their own, their joining will not be accepted at their new place of posting. 4. The officers transferred on their own request will not get TA/DA & joining time etc. as per rules and their Controlling Officers are hereby advised to relieve them after ensuring the direction given above at Note NO.2.
