: Witnessed welding procedure qualification tests (PQTs), welder qualifications tests (WQTs) and corresponding mechanical test as per DGS and API 1104.

AUT & NDT procedures are validated and AUT weld data Interpret for replacement of 16” condensate pipeline project with DGS & API 1104 and based on AUT result, to analysis welding repair rate weekly & welder performance and all results reported to QA/QC Manager & Project Manager.

Review and sign welding PQR, WPS, Welder card and welder certificate and also review incoming materials for pipeline & piping. Site inspection/witness of daily pipeline activeties. To review and sign the daily welding and NDT reports.

Reviewd, pipeline string reports and reviewd Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), cold/hot bends procedure and also witnessed the procedure qualifications. Inspecting for Post Weld Heat Treatment by monitoring the heating rate, soaking time and cooling rate.

Attend Weekly QA/QC meeting regarding analysis project overall quality issues as per project welding/coating/NDT/ E& I/Civil specifications.
