ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLE: Sr.Staffing analyst (staffing Lead)
Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle right from identification of manpower recruitments
to selecting the best talent from diverse source and also constantly interacting with clients to ensure smooth
flow of the entire process. Screening profiles from diverse job portal and other secondary sources including
Naukri, Monster, Times Job, LinkedIn and others.
Responsibilities: As an Individual contributor:
Taking care of the recruitments for hiring middle level and senior level positions. Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection process.
Understanding the client's needs and processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame.
Organising various vendors' events with large corporate (HCL, Aricent) for bulk hiring.
# Networking sites like LinkedIn, Orkut and others.
# Job portal like Monster, Naukri.com, Times Jobs.
# Employee referrals and references.
Placing job recruitments through mass mailing and messages to increase candidate pool.
Maintaining HR information like client requirements, short listed candidates, and interview scheduled,
selected and rejected candidates and other feedbacks.
Coordinating with candidates and clients ensuring smooth salary negotiations to ensure maximum output.
Giving good number of closure to requirement share by client.
Responsibilities: As a team lead
Interact with IT Clients and Manager's to understand/ analyze the requirements
Doing follow up with the client for active requirements.
Once I get active requirements will share with our team and giving brief description about the requirement
Clarifying doubts in the requirement for our team
Following up for the feedbacks from the client for the interviews held
Collecting timesheets from the candidates who are under our payroll
Giving updates about the candidates for the client

Follow-up with the client on the submissions to update the candidates and follow-up with the candidates for
their availability to update client to schedule the interviews
Doing Follow-up with the Candidates till he joins at the client place and successfully closing the given
requirements
