Sayuri International Co. Ltd., was established in 1998 with a capital of 3 million Japanese Yen and 4 employees. Though there were already many used Japanese car exporters. Therefore, since the beginning, our aim was to build a good returning client base, through competitive prices for the best quality used Japanese cars over time. We have achieved just that in the last 17 years by building a large client base of those who have bought used cars from us at least twice.

Further, we hold a larger portion of market shares with countries like Mauritius, Trinidad, Bolivia, Jamaica and Guyana. The current market shares we hold are 55% at Mauritius, 35% in Trinidad, 22% in Bolivia, 12% in Jamaica, 10% in Guyana etc.

Having an annual turnover of over 5500 million Japanese Yen, we are now one of the leading used car dealers in Japan. With our well groomed and longstanding 33 employees, we now export 800 -1000 vehicles to over 60 countries every month.

The expansion of business has now helped us evolve into the printing/publishing and hospitality industries in Sri Lanka. We have successfully expanded into Mega Solar Power and Ayurvedic Treatment Industries in Japan since 2015

POWER - TRAIN WARRANT Y


Type : Warranty for the engine and transmission system for 2 yearsor up to 100,000km mileage; whichever occurs first.

This warranty covers only major technical defects of the engine and transmission system of your vehicle.

This warranty does not cover the following items in the engine andtransmission:

• Gaskets• Filter• Engine-oil seals• Injector nozzles• Rubber

• Plastic parts• Lubricants• Antifreeze fluid and other oil materials

The warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of partsacknowledged to be defective, at the sole discretion of the company or ourauthorized service center.

* Warranty period starts from the first day of arrival in Sri Lanka.* General Terms and conditions apply.

Subject to the following terms and conditions we warrant the engine and transmission system of your vehicle.

This warranty is only to cover the major technical defects of the engine and transmission of you vehicle

This warranty will not cover the following items in the engine and transmission.

• Engine-oil seals, gaskets, injector nozzles, parts of rubber and plastics, filters, lubricants, antifreeze fluid and other oil materials.

• Transmission-all rubber and plastic parts, lubricants and other oil materials

This warranty coverage obligation is limited to repair or replacement of parts acknowledged to be defective, at the sole discretion ofus or our authorized service center.

You are given 5 free laboured services within the warranty period and it is compulsory to get these services from our authorized service center. The regular after sales cere for your vehicle, from our service center will help you to enjoy the uninterrupted warranty coverage.

The warranty mileage will be based on the odometer reading. If the odometer is damaged or or broken, remaining warranty will be calculated according to time (250km per day)

Damage caused by traffic accidents, insufficient or improper maintenance, misuse, use of the vehicle under unusual conditions such as in motor races or rallies, and modification to the vehicle is not covered under this warranty.

Any electrical or electronic parts and failures are not covered under this warranty.

Damage cause by external influences such as chemical pollution, acid rain, sand, salt, stones, road hazards,floods, fire or disasters whether due to human fault, negligence or act of god, are not covered under this warranty.

In the event the ownership changers from the first owner during the warranty period it is necessary to inform us immediately, to enjoy the remaining warranty period by the new owner.

WARRANTY POLICYSubject to the following Terms and Conditions we will provide a warranty for the HYBRID BATTERY of your vehicle for a periodof 2 years from the date of registration in Sri Lanka.

a. This warranty is only valid to cover the manufacturing defect of the battery during the warranty period.

b. Our service centre in Sri Lanka will monitor your vehicle during the warranty period and it is compulsory that you get all your lubricating services and technical assistance from our service centre during the warranty period.

c. We strongly advice you to avoid all unauthorized modifications to the electric system of your vehicle as it will affect the smooth function of the Hybrid battery.

d. In the event of replacing a new hybrid battery under warranty, supplier will follow the internationally accepted logistic rules and regulations and the time period will depend on it.

e. All terms and conditions in your warranty book remain the same.
