GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. The mode of appointment of this post is direct or deputatio.n basis from Cenh-aljState/UT' Government Departments, Statutory / Autoi1omous/Constitutional/ Cooperative/ Local Government bodies and Public Sector Undertakings,Corporations etc. under adminish-ative control of Cenb:aljState/UT Governments.The Commission reserves the right not to fill the above mentioned anticipatedvacancy.

2. The Pay & Allowances and other terms and conditions of appointment on deputationbasis w~ll be regulated in accordance with rules of the State Government.

3. The maximum age limit for deputation shall be 55 years.

4. The deputation shall be for a period upto three years initia,lly, which may extendedupto two years, with mutual consent.

5. The crucial date for the existing vacancies for determining eligibility criteria/ age limitwould be on 31.07.2011.

6. For appoinhnent on deputation basis, regular service of certain years in vadous payscales has been prescribed as essential qualification 111e pay scale shown in theeligibility criteria are State Dearness Allowance pattern pay scales applicable w.e.f.1.1.1996 and the eligibility of candidates shall be accordingly determined withreference to these pay scales.
