S-1410c (9/07) PowerCommand ® LonWorks ® Router Description Features The PowerCommand ® LonWorks ® Router extends the physical bus length and/or increases the number of nodes by adding additional network channels to an installation. Each channel segment is limited to 64 nodes and/or 500 meters. When an install ation exceeds 500 meters or 64 nodes, the LonWorks Router may be used to meet the additional requirements. Each LonWorks Router will add an additional channel without hindering network performance and may be installed at any point in the network. Multiple routers can be installed to further increase the network bus length and/or nodes to a maximum of 20 channels. • Extends maximum network bus length beyond 500 m. • Allows large network installations to exceed 64-node limit. • Transparent operation with PowerCommand for Windows ® V 2.0 or other LonWorks automation software. • Universal power supply accepts wide range of input voltage at 50 and 60 Hz. • Battery-backed power supply for continuous operation during power outages. • Packaged in a durable enclosure and includes 2 network bus terminators.
