This section will outline Stage 1 of the Virtual Edge Recruitment Process—Requisition Creation & Sourcing. Requisition Creation & Sourcing are critical for a recruiter because they provide an understanding of how a requisition is created and applicable candidate talent is sourced. In this section the user will get familiarized with the information pertaining to:
i. Creating a requisition. ii. Reviewing a requisition. iii. In-‐taking a call with the hiring manager. iv. Opening the requisition. v. Job Posting.
