'Ryazhsky Autorepair Plant', an open joint-stock company, is one of the leading enterprises in the country, manufacturing lorries for municipal and road construction needs. Flexible technology applied allows to quickly develop new models of municipal and road machinery, upgrade the production, put new technological decisions into practice, which favors to compete successfully on the market. The Plant has been formed on the basis of Ryazhsky Mechanical Station which was set up in 1929 for repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery. In 1957 the Mechanical Station was transformed into a plant to provide major engine overhaul, and repairs of motor vehicles as well as produced tanks for fodder steaming. According to Decree № 721 by President of Russia 'On Organizational Measures on Transformation of Government Enterprises into Joint-Stock Companies' dated July 1, 1992, the Plant turned into an open joint-stock company 'Ryazhsky Autorepair Plant' in 1993.The qualitative updating of all the manufactured production took place during this period. Basing on developing market conditions, the Plant re-organised its production to meet the needs of the market by making the products in demand. The Plant started to design first samples of garbage trucks. Nowadays, the Plant makes 150 kinds of municipal and road machinery on various automobile chassis which can be forwarded to any customer in the terms specified in contracts.Since 1993 the Plant has produced over 13,000 units of municipal and road machinery that now work in all the regions of Russia and abroad. The choice of garbage trucks on chassis of KAMAZ, МАZ, ZIL, and IVECO is as follows:· dustbin lorries with a manipulator with an upper (lateral) loading as well as refuse tippers of 8-14 tons and 14-20 tons which can be made in a standard type, with increased capacity or with a pendular plate;· dustbin trucks with a tipping body with a loading bin on a back board of 8-14 tons and 14-20 tons with a manual loading as well as a mechanised loading, with 'Eko-Press' mechanised hydroautomatic loading; automatical systems with euro-covering and a portal lift and with a crane manipulator. The novelty of 2015 - an updated modification of a garbage truck with a rear-lift collection made under the import substitution program which meets the world modern design trends and reliability standards for metal constructions and hydraulic system. High efficiency of the machinery allows to reduce the time of body filling twice. The factor of packing has increased by 1.5 times;

• dustbin trucks (a metal platform with a lifting-overturning mechanism and a demountable all-metal bin);• a Multilift unified hook and rope mechanism for work with standard replaceable bins or replaceable equipment of combined road trucks of 20-40 tons;• garbage trucks for waste transfer stations;• combined road trucks for winter and summer road cleaning with sets:- sand spreading equipment;- equipment for spreading liquid anti-ice materials;- washing and watering equipment;- plough equipment;- brush equipment. Nowadays 'Ryazhsky Autorepair Plant' has almost all manufacture and service facilities to produce municipal machinery. The Plant has an industrial base and its own industrial park. - industrial space of 24,100.00 sq. m.- industrial equipment makes up 277 units, including: * metal-cutting 117 units* forge and pressing 28 units* plasma cutting 3 units* Welding 68 units* cranes-beams 60 units* overhead traveling crane 1 unit* Transportation 27 units

The amount of workers in the Plant is over 500. 'Ryazhsky Autorepair Plant' is a modern industrial enterprise, flexible technology of which allows rapidly to develop manufacture of new municipal machinery.
