Ryan Ford Promoted to Broker Manager of San Marco Office Jacksonville, Fla. May 5, 2015 Watson Realty Corp. has promoted Ryan Ford to vice president and managing broker of the San Marco/ San Jose office.

We are very excited to have Ryan Ford join our leadership team, said Ed Forman, President Watson Realty Corp. REALTORS. Ryan brings a great deal of knowledge in technology, marketing and management to our team. We are confident that he will be a successful leader to our agents in our San Marco/ San Jose office. Ford joined Watson in May 2011 at the St. Augustine office where he was a sales agent serving St. Johns, Flagler, Duval and Putnam counties. During his time with Watson, Ford, a licensed broker and Realtor, was named Rookie of the Year in 2012 and received the Silver Pinnacle Award in 2013 and 2014 for over $6 million in sales. Prior to Fords real estate career, he acquired a bachelors degree in business administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Ford has gone above his required training in real estate by becoming a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Florida Association of REALTORS and St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of REALTORS. More recently he was featured on HGTVs Beachfront Bargain Hunt and is pursuing the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. I am very excited to pursue this next step in my career, said Ford.
