I have come a long way but still have much further to reach my goals. It is my top priority to do whatever necessary to put the brokerage I’m representing in the best light with the client. My goal is to learn and grow with the project and eventually work my way into management roles. Experience Percheron LLC- Sr. ROW Agent 2015-Present As Sr. agent, it was my responsibility to own my 10 miles of pipeline from project kickoff to construction. As part of my obligation to Percheron LLC and to the landowners, I was responsible for notification and supervision of all required survey crews. Once completed, it was my responsibility to secure all legal documents to install pipeline; i.e. easements, valve sites, access roads, etc. I was first to secure my line acquisition and completed the task under budget. Tioga Resources- Sr. ROW Agent 2014-2015 Working for a major player in the midstream business, I was signing everything needed for pipeline installation. The list included survey permissions, easements, temporary workspaces, access roads, pump stations, etc. I would obtain these by building a trusting and professional relationship with the landowners of the area. I also walked with survey crews, helped establish the best route, and was the last remaining Landman on the project. It is also my duty to keep furthering my education in the field as well as staying up to date with current practices.
