OUR PRIMAR Y SER VICES INCLUDE: Recruitment Research – Our process begins with analyzing the requirements of your position(s) and developing a research strategy that includes a list of relevant companies to research. Our specialized research tools enable us to provide you with a complete list of companies that employ the people with your required skill sets. Next, we review the selected companies with you and determine which ones you would like us to research. If you have specific firms in mind, we will include them as well. Our expertise is applied to help ensure that the final companies selected for research are the most likely to yield interested and qualified candidates. We then begin the research process, where we identify the specific individuals from the selected target companies who possess the required skills. Our Custom Research fees are project based. We do not bill by the hour. You receive a detailed proposal prior to initiation of the project. We guarantee the accuracy and confidentiality of the information we provide to our clients. “First Contact” Profiling & Candidate Development – This service includes the development of potential candidates identified through our custom research services. During this stage, we contact each person and present your job opportunity, create a candidate profile, and pre-screen all potential candidates based on the technical criteria that you have provided to us. Each profile includes the candidate’s educational background, current position, areas of expertise, and total years of experience. Salary ranges and direct contact information are requested, including home phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Potential candidates are then ranked according to their interest in your job opportunity. Tactical Competitive Intelligence / Organizational Mapping We can provide both management-level and complete “Deep Drill-Down” organizational charts that are useful for staffing requirements. These charts reflect management, organizational structure, names, and titles for selected companies, or specific groups within companies.
