Color coatings
Pural mattPural matt is a non-glossy color coating designed especially for roofingproducts. Sheets covered with this coating are easy to process and install.Structured version of Pural matt coating ensures top-class corrosion re-sistance and UV-resistance. All Pural coatings are also highly resistant tochemical agents and very easy to repair. Pural matt offers dignified andstylish appearance for new buildings and its matt finishing is well suitablefor renovation projects. Pural matt coated products have 15-year aestheticand 50-year technical performance warranty. Applicable in C1, C2, C3 corro-sion classes according to PN-EN ISO 12944-2.
Polyester 25 µmPolyester coating is resistant to UV-radiation and fading and does not ab-sorb dust or dirt. This coating has good mechanical properties – scratchresistance and flexibility enable to use it in such applications as roofingsheets or internal and external cladding for various envelope types. Appli-cable in C1, C2, C3 corrosion classes according to PN-EN ISO 12944-2.
Polyester 15 µmPolyester 15 µm is used in internal wall and roof cladding for various en-velope types. Products with this coating are covered by 3-year warranty.Applicable in C1, C2 corrosion classes according to PN-EN ISO 12944-2.
Lightweight purlins
Lightweight purlins are used as structural elements of Ruukki systemhalls. Production technology and top-class input material ensure high lo-ading capacity and stiffness of profiles.
PurCalc
Our PurCalc software is constantly improved and updated. With PurCalc,you can easily design and optimize Ruukki lightweight purlins for vario-us static models: 1-, 2- and multi-bays, continuous and strengthened onsupports. The latest version of the program allows to calculate the abovementioned models for roof purlins, no matter if purlin’s top flange is sup-ported with a profiled sheet or a roof sandwich panel. Simple specificationof structure, static model or loading capacity enables fast and optimal se-lection of right products from Ruukki offer.
