PREAMBLES
Rural Health Mission Nigeria (RHEMN) is aregistered non-profit organisation that focuses onproviding sustainable access to essentialhealthcare services in hard-to-reach andunderserved communities.
In living up to its responsibilities, RHEMN has duringthe first quarter activities of 2018 intervened insome underserved communities and hard toreach areas in three (3) sates of Nigeria.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
During the period under review, RHEMN has been able to provide and distribute free single dose anti-worms (Albendazole), vitamin A supplements and high quality micronutrients to thousands of children aged 6-59 months and pregnant women across three (3) states of Plateau, Yobe, and Gombe in Nigeria.

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Further capacity building training would benecessary to improve the performance of staffand volunteers on regular basis.
• Efforts should also be geared towards advocacyto create more awareness, acceptance andsupport for RHEMN.
• Deliberate efforts should made at developingstrategies for generating regular income forRHEMN in addition to grants from donors whichare not regular.

CONCLUSION
The sanctity of life and humanity is the basis for which RHEMN does what it is doing. The vibes of RHEMN is going far and wide with the range of public health activities being carried out by RHEMN.
RHEMN in Q1 2018 has been able to reach 75,455 children and pregnant women in Three states out of the target population of 92,500.
RHEMN hopes and will be excited to collaborate with other organisations who share similar visions enable us achieve better results in the nearest future.
