• EFT for short• An emotional version of acupuncture without

the need for needles• Known to many as that ‘tapping thing’

• How much pain are you in?• On a scale of 0 to 10

10 = worst ever 0 = no longer a problem

• EFT very forgiving• Gentle tapping• 7 taps on each point• Use either hand, or both• If in too much pain, imagine tapping• Keep hydrated
