WHAT IS RUN FOR DAD ?
• Goal: A family event to raise awareness about prostate cancer, educate men about the importance of regular screening and raise funds for cancer research
• When: Father’s Day, Sunday, June 20, 2010
• Where: Mercer County Park, , West Windsor, NJ
• What: A 5 K Race, a 2 mile walk and kids races

WHY RUN FOR DAD ?
• Awareness: Increase the degree and amount of attention on prostate cancer
• Action: Encourage men, especially African American men to talk to the doctor about prostate cancer screening
• Research: Raise funds to support prostate cancer research projects

• CORE TEAM: Small Group Meets Monthly to Set Direction and Make Key Decisions.
• PROJECT TEAM: Large Group Meets Bi-Monthly to Provide Advice and Feedback.
• SUB - TEAMS: Small Groups That Focus on a Specific RFD Task.
