instructions with garage parking.

Check In time is at 4:00pm

Check Out time is at 10:00am You may self-check in by accessing the Vault lock with key and fob for building on Las Palmas.

Las Palmas is located on the opposite side of the entrance to the Rubix.

Lock Box Continued:

On the day of your check in, simply access the lock box by either driving around to N. Las Palmas Ave or walking. The lock box is labeled: 0000 and the code is: 5858. The lock is located next to a set of locks, furthest to the left. PLEASE CLOSE THE LOCK BOX AND SCRAMBE THE NUMBERS.

2) Gate where Vault lock hangs from Las. Palmas Ave.

Lock Box Continued:

Your assigned parking is in the buildings garage located off McCadden Pl. Once you turn onto McCadden Pl. from Hollywood Blvd., your garage will be on the right side of the street. It is the large metal gate. You will need to press the first button on the FOB, you are provided with, to open the garage. Once you enter the main garage you will need to enter into the 2nd gate, press the second button on the fob to open interior gate. Drive down the incline to the last level. This is P3. Take a left and drive all the way down to space 020 (3 spaces in from the back wall). The parking numbers are clearly painted on the ground. This is your designated parking space for the duration of your trip. You will look for the yellow exterior which will lead you to the elevator. Use your Fob on the small black security box in the elevator. Press the 1st floor. Get off elevator and take a left. Unit 1104 will be located in the middle of hall on right side. WASHER AND DRYER To operate the WASHER: select a cycle by turning the large dial on the left to Normal, Casual, or Delicate and PULL the dial towards you, to start the water. To DRY: set the desired amount of time on the large dial on the right and then use the gray dryer dial from OFF to ON. ***Please ensure that the size of your load is appropriate to the amount of clothing that you are washing to help us conserve water.

COOLING & HEATING The two main buttons are for the fan and cooling/heating. To use the fan only, turn FAN ON and air will circulate throughout the apartment.

For air conditioning or heat, select COOL or HEAT. Use the ARROWS to make it warmer or cooler and switch the fan button to AUTO to start the flow of warm or cool air. We kindly ask that you do not set the temperature below 72 Fahrenheit because it could freeze the vents
