• John M. Desmarais: principal of Round Rock Research LLC, owner of the patents-in-
suit;
• Desmarais LLP: counsel to Round Rock Research LLC;
• IPValue Management, Inc.: Round Rock Research LLC’s limited agent for purposes of
negotiating a license to the patents-in-suit with plaintiffs;
• Gemas Capital, Inc.: an original investor in Round Rock Research LLC; and
• Micron Technology, Inc.: the original owner of the patents-in-suit.
