Termine di Accettazione degli OrdiniIl termine ultimo per l’accettazione degli ordini è fissato per il 15 Marzo 2012.

Termine di ConsegnaLa merce avrà i seguenti termini di consegna:

• Art. 12999 Radical s.s. consegna entro il 31 Maggio 2012;•Per tutti gli altri articoli acconti dal 15 Luglio, saldi 20

Agosto 2012.

Per ordini inferiori a 80 pz. ci riserviamo di effettuare la consegna in un unica spedizione a saldo dell’ordine quan-do pronto e comunque entro il 20 Agosto 2012.

Modalità di PagamentoPagamento in contrassegno sconto 3%.Emissione di RIBA 60 gg. fine mese data fattura. Per condizioni di pagamento diverse il rappresentante deve dare comunicazione in anticipo alla casa.

Spese di TrasportoI prezzi della merce si intendono franco nostro magazzino.

Le spese di trasporto saranno addebitate in fattura nella misura di euro 12,00 + IVA ogni 1/8 di metro cubo.Per ordini superiori a € 1.600,00 trasporto franco.

Resi di MerceI resi di merce difettosa (difetto visibile) o non conforme al campione visionato, saranno accettati dopo autorizza-zione entro e non oltre 15 gg. dalla data di ricevimento.

Annullamento o Variazioni d’OrdinePotranno essere accettate richieste di variazione o annul-lamento ordini se comunicateci entro e non oltre 20 giorni dalla nostra conferma.

Deadline of OrdersThe irrevocable deadline for order is March 15th, 2012.

For European dealers:please specify your ISO/VAT code at the time of order.

Delivery date:• Art. 12999 Radical s.s. delivered within May 31th, 2012.• All other items delivered from July 15th balance August 20 th, 2012.

Terms of PaymentPrices are Ex-Works our warehouse in Grosseto, Italy.

Two weeks before delivery of the goods you will receive a pro forma invoice with the amounts of shipments and the bank details where to wire the money.This pro forma invoice will have to be signed and sent back to us by fax before delivery.

Shipments will be sent only after the receipt of full amount.

FreightFreight charges are not included.We recommend to specify details of forwarder company of your choice at the time of your order.

ClaimsClaims evaluation on manufacturing defaults will be ac-cepted only after receipt of:• Digital photo of clear default to be sent to e-mail address [email protected];• in case the claim will be accepted you will receive a writ-

ten authorization code.
