Interactions among living things LO : 1.2 Understanding that competition is a form of interaction among living things LOC : 1. List the factors that animals compete for. 2. Give reasons why animals compete 3. List factors that Plants compete for. 4. Give reasons why plants compete. ACTIVITIES : 1. Pupils discuss that animals compete because of limited food & water resources, trying to get a mate for breeding, defending or looking for territory & shelter. 2. Pupils view a pictures of plants in the forest. Based on the pictures pupils discuss why plants in the forest have different heights. 3. Pupils carry out activities to observe plants competition 4. Pupils discuss and conclude that plants compete because of limited sunlight, limited water resources, limited space & limited nutrient. 5. Pupils complete their worksheet. Aktiviti 1 : Bergerak Dalam Ruang Terbuka *Berjalan ke pelbagai arah sambil bergerak seperti layang- layang tanpa melanggar kawan. *Bergerak seperti haiwan dalam pelbagai arah sambil mengeluarkan bunyi haiwan. Aktiviti 2 : Bergerak Berhalangan * Guru menyediakan beberapa stesen halangan. * Murid bergerak bergilir-gilir melakukan aktiviti. * Ulang beberapa kali.
