    Learning Area : Multiplication Within 1 000 000

    Learning Objective : Pupils will be taught to :

    i. Use a multiplication table (JSPG)

    ii. Multiply any two numbers with the highest product

    of 1 000 000.

    Learning Outcomes : At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to :

    i. Use the multiplication table (JSPG)

    ii. Answer 7 out of 10 multiplication up to five digit

    numbers with

    (a) A one-digit number

    (b) A two-digit numberPrevious Knowledge : - Pupils know how to read a multiplication table

    - Pupils know the basic of multiplication

    Moral Value : Hardworking, systematic, cooperation, honesty

    Thinking Skill : Categorizing, generate ideas

    Integration : English Language, Bahasa Melayu,

    T & L Resources : A paper with a table, cross-number search answer sheet,

    question paper, quizzes.

    on their own.

    For the pupils that get

    3, 4 and 6, they need to

    do it on their exercise

    book.

    Pupils pay

    follow the

    the example 0f

    board.

    (15 minutes)

    Group Work

    (Short quizzes)

    Teacher shouts Tiger

    and the pupils will sit

    on their table silently.

    They will be given a

    blank table so that they

    can fill the JSPG in the

    paper given.

    When the group has

    finish complete the

    JSPG, teacher will give

    the group 1 set of

    cross-number search

    with the questions.

    Pupils need to do the

    questions as fast as

    they can

    Pupils

    corporately do

    the tasks

    given.

    Once they

    finished the

    JSPG, they

    can move to

    the cross-

    number

    search.
