Recently ORCA digitizer was improved to describe the average behavior of the RPC in comparison with real performance as extracted in the cosmic stands (never committed, but used internally for the RPC group)

Lower Level DetUnit changed. Geometry xml files just released by Pawel, and beeing reviewed by Pedro. RPC Geometry classes and DetUnitId start being committed

New Digitizer depends on this and it has been redesigned. Skeleton exists but has to be committed
