I improved my preparation skills from cleaning and preparing the shop for the next day. I really enjoyed helping customers and other staff members. While working in Carpet Express I’ve developed a strong interest in sales and customer service. Company: CLS Recruitment Duration: May 1 st – June 26 th 2015 Duties: I worked as a skilled labourer on a building site my duties included heavy lifting and using power tools such as kangoo hammers and drills I also assisted with flagman using the stop and go system and learned how to bigger and heavier tools the site I worked on was complete. Company: Carpet Express Duration: 1 st of January – 29 th January 2015. Duties: I spent a lot of my time working in the warehouse loading and unloading vans. I also found myself bringing orders from trucks into the warehouse, disposing of waste carpet this often involved heavy lifting. I also assisted on jobs such as fitting carpet and installing wooden floors.

However while working at Dunne’s I spent a lot of my time working in the off licence and became to know the different types of wine, spirits etc. I was given responsibilities such as being trusted with the key to the alcohol and cigarettes cage. While working in

Duties: I helped around the warehouse loading vans and taking in deliveries. My duties involved sweeping the showroom and warehouse, bringing orders from trucks into to the warehouse and disposing of waste carpet. I also assisted on jobs such as fitting carpet and installing wooden floors . I learned a lot from the fitters in my time there.
