RENTAL RULES AND INFORMATION
1. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. 2. There is one parking space 100 for your use. If you have guests come at the
end of each complex there are visitor spaces for your use. Please be careful not to park in any other spaces.
3. You must clean your unit (no maid service) and you take out your own trash.Trash bins are located outside on the opposite end of the building in parking lot. Trash bags and dishwasher soap above the refrigerator.
4. Included in the unit are linens, towels (some for inside and some for beach) full set of kitchen items. There is a propane barbeque grill on the patio and two beach chairs for your use at the unit or where ever you would like to takethem. Please no charcoal grills on patio.
5. Keys: you will receive a unit key and a pool key. The pool key also lets you into the laundry room area. Quarters only
6. Check-in: Please let us know when you are arriving and we will meet you at the unit to show you around. Check-out: Leave keys on counter, lock door asyou exit. There is a $25 charge for lost pool key.
7. Telephone: There is no land line. 8. WI-Fi User name is the SSID number, and the password is the WPAkey.
Look on the side of the net gear box. 9. If you wish to take advantage of the netflixs turn on the TV with the LG
remote. Press input and change to AV1. Then turn on Sony remote, press HOME scroll down to Netflix and press enter.
10. Heat : Control is on the wall. Heat is in the ceiling. 11. AC: Although we are happy to say you usually don't need it, but if you do it
is on the wall for you.12. Pets: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
