The UI Health Brainstormers team again completed the Ragnar relay from Madison to Chicago! The team raised $4,675 to benefit The Brain Aneurysm Foundation and support Illinois brain aneurysm survivors. Thank you to the participants and their supporters from all across UI Health!

On May 28, UI Health and the Chicago Fire Soccer Club partnered to host Stroke Awareness Night. Fire fans learned about stroke awareness tips at the Fire Fest pre-match event and during the match via a video PSA featuring Dr. Fernando Testai and the Fire players. UI Health also participated in opening activities, including the coin toss by Dr. Ali Alraj and the first kick by Dr. Testai’s son, Martin.
