Operation is quite simple for adjusting the amount of eccentricity and tilt in the XY-axes of theworkpiece shaft center with respect to the center of the rotating shaft. All you have to do is toadjust the displacement position of the bar graph displayed in the alignment adjustment screento the zero position.
Incorporating Outstanding Easy-to-operate Centering/Tilting Support Functions
Two measuring ranges, ±1000 μm and ±200 μm, can be used selectively according to theaccuracy of the workpiece. The ±1000 μm measurement range has a calculation resolution of0.002 μm equivalent to the conventional measurement magnification of 10000X, which allowsit to be used for almost all workpieces.

Highly Rigid Static-Pressure Air BearingsStatic-pressure air bearings with a proven track record have been
adopted for the rotation mechanism, providing the highest load
resistance and extended rotation precision in this class of machine.
Operator-Friendly Centering/Tilting Support FunctionEccentricity in the X and Y directions
of the center of the workpiece axis

The fully automatic detector holder has two

past, the operator had to align the detector

fully automates this process, enabling

outer diameter, upper surface, lower sur-
