4 STEPS TO SUCCESS

Please see our Recruitment Process and delivery model below, from start to finish. This is so you can understand and appreciate our methods and how we manage our Recruitment Process and prepare trainees for the market place.

STEP 3.

We shall supply you with profiles, reflecting your requirements. This will include a CV and ”interview summary” of all the profiles we supply to you.

STEP 2.

We shall check our extensive network of trainees, as well as post high quality adverts to attact the very best candiates on the market.

STEP 4.

Interview Stage - Following a successful first meeting, we would recommend you invite the trainee back to deliver a fifteen minute presentation.

The fifteen minute presentation is designed to give you a feel for how your trainee would interact with clients, in a live situation. The presentation will be on a subject the trainee is comfortable with. This will give you valuable feedback on how your trainee will come accross to your client. If you are satisfied with your trainee, the next step is to agree a package, and arrange a start date!

STEP 1.

The first step is simple. Wewill have a relaxed chat over a coffee or a telephone call to understand your business requirements thoroughly.
