To enter goals in Rotary Club Central YOUR name must be on record at RI as
President Elect
ONLY Current Club Officers can input this information!
SAR=Semi Annual ReportClub Invoice
• Rotary International Dues payable two times a year
• Based on your clubs membership as of July 1 and January 1.
• The club invoice is not amendable…unlike the SAR
SAR=Semi Annual ReportClub Invoice
• It will be sent to your club Secretary or Executive Secretary. It will be emailed if your club has “opted-in” to receiving it via email otherwise it will be snail mailed.
• Sent out at the end of July and January
District Dues• District dues are now invoiced in July
and January based on your member numbers as reported by RI on July 1 and January 1.
• Emailed to President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Youth Protection
Clubs with involvement in any youth program must complete these minimum
requirements for Club Certification: • At least three club members must be
completely screened and trained to respond to problems or concerns that might arise, including responding to and reporting allegations of abuse or harassment.
Youth Protection
• The club's fully certified volunteers must include at least one member of each gender.
Youth Protection
• The Club Youth Services Certification Application must be viewed online and acknowledged by the current Club President, Youth Services Chair and Youth Protection chair. The Club President is sent a link to the Youth Services Certification page and they select the Rotarians who are the Youth Services and Youth Protection chairs. All three individuals receive an email link to the document and agree to comply with it.
