Diane Rae, Volunteer CoordinatorDiane has had a very diverse, challenging and exciting careerhistory. Shes owned her own fashion boutique, managed twoGP practices in Hong Kong and been a sales consultant forRevlon, The Sunday Telegraph and Sunday Times. Mostrecently she was the Personal Assistant to the Chairman of

Hancock Prospecting, on-call twenty-four hours a day and entrusted toattend to both the business and personal interests of Gina Rinehart. Whilst

in this role, Diane was also Director of a number of companies and a BoardMember of the Hancock Family Breast Cancer Foundation. She wasinstrumental in raising funds for the Foundation through organising ballsand selling raffle tickets, with all the money going directly into medical

research. Diane feels her greatest achievement during this time wascompiling one of Australias largest petitions which urged the FederalGovernment to increase funding and resources for breast cancer. "I havebeen so very blessed in my life in so many ways with good health,

happiness, family and friends that I feel if there is anything that I could possibly do to assist in some way to make somebody elses life a little

easier, would be a wonderful blessing. My favourite saying is "May youhave health to spare, friends who care and love toshare." [email protected]

HEALTH CORNERBecause laughing is one of the best remedies I LOVE COOKING WITH WINE .Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Reality is only an illusion that occurs due to a lack of alcohol.

As a senior citizen was driving down the freeway, his car phone rang. Answering, he heard his

wife's voice urgently warning him, "Herman, I just heard on the news that there's a car going the

wrong way on the freeway.

Please be careful!"

"It's not just one car," said Herman. "It's hundreds of them!"
