DIRECTIONS FOR ABSENTEE BIDDING

The Sixth Annual Roses and Rosaries Gala will take place on September 25 at Willow Brook Country Club by pre-paid ticket, but if you are not attending you still have the opportunity to bid on the Silent Auction Items being offered.

Your bid constitutes a contract, so if you are notified that you have won, you must arrange to pay for the item within 48 hours. Your name and contact information (phone and/or email) must be included on the bid. If the item is not paid for within 48 hours it will be offered to the next highest bidder.

You may place a bid in a sealed envelope and leave it at the church office by Friday, September 23, by 4 PM.

You may also place a bid by email until Sunday, September 25th noon. Emailed bids will be printed and placed in a sealed envelope. Please use ekosnik@mac.com for this purpose.

All sealed bid items will have a note on the bid sheet indicating that a sealed bid exists for the item.

All sealed bids shall be opened at the end of the bidding. If the sealed bid is higher than the last bid on the sheet it shall be the winner, and the person placing the bid will be notified. If it does not exceed the last bid on the sheet, the final bid sheet entry shall be declared the winner.
