Surgery, those who are currently under training andeducation (T & E): the young surgeons. Endlessly closeto zero. This is the amount of knowledge a wise manis allowed to borrow during her or his life time fromthe universal quantum spacetime energy knowledgeprovided within our visible and invisible (black holes)universe, within our beautiful, fascinating cosmos. However, it is highly motivating to be allowed to bor-row such small amount of knowledge. Why? It isthe best we can get! Imagine your brain was the uni-verse! It would have to explode and such an explosionwould hurt a lot. Therefore, let us be happy enjoyingthe possibilities we have. And the story goes like thisand is fully (100%) dedicated to the young surgeons:

Conceptually surgery becomes art, if surgeonsunderstand the mechanisms underlying the develop-ment of disease and the actions taking place behindthe outbreak and flow of disease. Therefore, thisis the message to the young surgeons (the messagein the bottle!): young surgeons motivate yourself tosearch for the essence of your profession. Do notforget to accurately study anatomy, physiology and, most important, EMBRYOLOGY. Starting from thereyou will see, that almost all diseases that you treatderive and originate from nerve cells. Those nerve

cells, that do not find room within the head composethe rest of the human body: nerve cells line the in-ner and outer surfaces (gut, bowels, intestines, lungs, bladders, thyroid gland, adrenals etc.; skin, breast, hair etc.). Conceptually all those cells are nerve cells. Those nerve cells are connected and supported bynon-nerve cells, which originate from the bone mar-row, connective tissue, bone, blood and lymphaticsystem. In addition to the transmission of informa-tion, nerve cells lining the inner and outer surfacesserve mechanical purposes and needs, too. Thus cellslining the gut and the skin serve the mediation of in-formation and protect the body from environmentalstress, infections, poisoning etc. For the transmissionof information those cells are polarised and their cellmembranes harbour a receiver and sending (trans-mitter) portion, which are separated from each otherand from neighbouring nerve cells by the tight junc-tion (TJ) complexes. Dear young surgeons: all cellslining the inner and outer surfaces are nerve cells con-nected and polarised by TJ complexes and representmanifestations of the quantum spacetime universeserving the translation and transmission of infor-mation. Our cosmos equals information, containsinformations and represents a continuous biologicalprocess for the processing of information. Black holesdo not deliver their information to us. Within thissegmented pulsation of messages glands take theirinput from neighbouring nerve cells and transformthis information into the release of hormones andtransmitters which reach their effector tissues viathe blood stream and other nerve cells. There thosehormones act via the activation of receptors and cellmembrane linked biochemical and molecular biolog-ical signal transduction pathways and cascades viathe basolateral and/or apical cell membranes of ournerve cells. As such all surgery equals neurosurgery,i.e. cuts, dissects, resects, anastomoses, transplants, implants nerve cells, i.e. all surgery equals nerve cellsurgery, including brain surgery, endocrine surgery, kidneys, liver and pancreatic surgery, ovary, breast, skin, eye, ears, tears, ENT, lung, oesophageal andgastric surgery etc. Thus you may understand, thatyou make your living by “playing” with nerve cellsand why it is so important and essential to get thepoint: it is the “all in one” in all, nerve cell mediatedorchestration of health and disease. The sooner youget to this point during your education, the better youare at your job.

If you cautiously collect the data from embryologyyou understand why the thyroid equals the sister ofthe submucosal gland of the oesophagus, why gas-troesophageal reflux may induce and stimulate thedevelopment of thyroid nodes and foster struma-for-mation; you will understand why the eye and theoesophagus represent extrusions of the brain, whygut and gullet, oesophagus and anus belong to thesame functional quantum spacetime phenomenon, why diseases of the inner surface (gut) may medi-

ate the development of alterations and changes withinthe outer surface, i.e. the skin; why neuro-dermatitis,scleroderma, asthma, Hashimoto thyroiditis, inflam-matory bowel disease, migraine, tinnitus, depression(affecting the nerve cells within the head) are essen-tially the same (ancestor reflux, stress and chocolatemeet the point): these tissues open the source for thedevelopment of wellbeing and disease. Concentratedsugar containing food and beverages promotes theloss of TJ integrity. This in turn induces disarrange-ment of cell linings, apoptosis, dysplasia, dysfunctionand loss of trans-epithelial electrical resistance in vitroand in vivo (i.e. diarrhoea, heartburn, asthma, mi-graine, tinnitus). As a consequence, nerve cells ceaseto function properly and metabolic disease, inflam-mation and cancer develop. As thus you now under-stand what it means to know embryology. Knowingembryology means to have an advantage. And thisadvantage translates into the possibility to performa modern form of ancient medicine: prevention of dis-ease.

Therefore, dear young surgeons: get yourself edu-cated to be the health care manager of your patients.Prevent disease, apply the exciting modern technolo-gies and techniques to assess the risk for disease de-velopment before the outbreak of such a disease im-pairs the life quality and the wellbeing of those af-fected. Understand that the genetical formatting ex-plains the basis for the interplay between differentparts of the human nerve cell systems ranging fromthe mouth to the anus, from the skin to the liver, fromthe eye to the lung. This understanding will help youto foster the wellbeing of your patients. Therefore: bethe health care manager and prevent disease, main-tain health and wellbeing. Be interdisciplinary andopen your mind to look out of the small field of yourspeciality. This is your job for your future.

Today the generation of the author consists ofa large group of well-educated specialists. Due tothe immense and exclusive power of evidence basedmedicine, almost none of our generation adequatelyunderstands the holistic interplay and orchestrationof the human body. We are all specialists. You cando different. Thus you may enrich yourself by puttingit all together: be a great specialist, i.e. endocrine, liver, pancreatic, thyroid, bladder, skin, ENT, lung, oesophagus, stomach, belly, gut, hernia, kidney, vas-cular, transplant, plastic, oncologic surgeon, but allowyourself to orchestrate the holistic, big picture, largescale image of medicine. As such you will meet the re-quirements of future health care and medicine. Thinkpositive and be part of the human myth. Even a dropof water held within the protection of the rose’s leafharbours the “all in one” in all (Fig. 2). Thanks foryour attention, dear young surgeon.

Message for all surgeons:

Here we go to utopia, “out of place”, “out of usualmind”, “out of group think” and may allow ourselvesto resist all those qualities presented within our per-ceptions, which we basically do not like, favour, butare forced to support (“Sorry for futures on Fridays”).It happens and we have not been asked. It relatesand does not care about us. It manifests without mat-tering essence—related qualities of reasoning and ar-gument. Therefore, it is important to basically doubtit all and allow utopia to carry the mood, carry thetheme, fusing the motives of our desires into the neverending atmosphere of our destiny, power and thought. Here we go. Jamaica, Negril, sunset, waves of the seamingle with the sand of the beach, sitting and watch-ing you may see the boats coming in, singing dread-locks on top delivering a tension free mood: bongoman rhythm paces the sequential interruptions to-wards the beauty of the sound, wave watering dancesand mingles from side to side and coconut tuningsfoster a smile. Coming out of the inner sense of theheart a secret unhides: we live, sing and foster forthe beauty of our globe. Medicine unite! Treat theroots! We all share the same gut! And this very gut

is connected to all galaxies out there in the universe. Therefore love coined utopia and utopia selected us.Let us proceed.

Try to take your TIME and try to enrich your SPACE.Please try to slowly read those lines, recognise your in-ner voice, listen to your inner voice, word by word, tuneby tune, motive by motive, sentence by sentence. Takecare of every word, watch out for every single mean-ing. Optimise your accurate attention and try to getthe message of every single word. Listen to the “littlenotes”. Step down and ask yourself: how are the qual-ities of my inner voice, is it male, female, the soundof a child, girl, boy? High, low, loud, silent? Ugly, cold, frustrating? Friendly? Catching? Devastating?Motivating? Positive? Electric? Mandatory? Valuable?Sounding? Emotional? Egocentric? How does the in-ner voice, reading those actual lines, relate to YOURpersonality? Authentic? Artificial? Natural? Plasticsmile? Then, as you have recognised your inner voiceand you have got used to your inner voice, follow theinstructions given in the text: start to read loud, whenthe text asks you to do so; reduce the volume and readsilent, when the instructions within the text ask youto do so and so on. Follow the instructions. Followthe reading instructions. Listen to the sound. Followyour sound. Now YOU are the centre of the play. Nowyou are important, now you are within the focus ofthe interest, now you get the full attention. Did youever receive full attention, except during the momentsof your birth and death? We come within, in-between(inter faeces et urinam; in-between the hands of thegynaecologist; during a caesarian caesar salad orderedsection) and go alone. Going in line with your pri-vate and business life: follow the instructions for thereader and do not hesitate to resist. As such you mayecho the spacetime quanta of your room, office, praxisand sing: “I do not get no disinfection!” or “We don’tneed no disinfection”, and simply go out to simplyCLASH it upon the wall (cakes are simply made out ofheathen). Enjoy yourself during listening to your ownvoice. At the end let your voice arise and get louderto orchestrate a very verbal symphony, a multi sonicharmony of sound. Multi-, oligo- and poly-semioticscount. Valuable and clever for ever. Please do notmind to involve the smell (i.e. the base line of ourexistence reggae!): the cloacas related to the interdis-ciplinary sound of hypocrite medicine, pharisee andpseudo-plagiarism stink around everywhere (“stinkyreggae”). You are an exception, are you? Then, there-after, as indicated, youmay reduce the volume of yourvoice and get back to end within the beautiful aware-ness of harmonic silence, from where all has to start, begin and commence. Let us get silent and listen tothe inner voice as it slowly reads the following lines:

The world is different. Your sound is different. Stu-pidity rules the world. Stupidity forms, makes up andcomposes the world. Humans are not important atall. Humans believe, that they (she or he) are impor-tant and may represent an exclusivity. Humans are

guests allowed to stay on planet earth. Humans rep-resent a vulnerable infectious disorder of planet earth.Humans force. Humans are the current pandemic ofplanet earth. You may sit in front of your PC or followthe lines on your tablet, cell phone or PC screen. Yourinner voice continues to read: Around 66mio. yearsago another pandemic has been ended, terminatedand eradicated by a gigantic cosmic impact (i.e. an-other cosmic infection!). The Holly Wood inventionsinvolved within the stories around Jurassic park aim torecall and to remember the extinction of those 1000to 10,000kg heavy weight dino-trucks, which, at thattime, “ruled”, “crossed”, “detected” the world. Dueto their extinction mammals were allowed to prosperand foster their opportunities. Imagine (John Lennon)other animals await the extinction of man to fosterand prosper! Following a little pause, which may al-low the drink of a cup of coffee, (green) tea or water youmay continue to read. Our eyes are those of Horus. The Horus eye models the gloom of the moon. When-ever I see the moon I recall the educational poem ofParmenides. Beautiful! Bright! Twisted! WheneverI watch the gloom of the moon I am aware, that themoon has already been there when the dinos walked, flew, swam around the archaic woods, lakes, greenlands, shores of the Thetis ocean, that the eye of Ho-rus might have been excited about what it has beenallowed to see: during the nights the Horus eye mighthave seen the endless sized mirrors reflecting its ownface and eye, the I. And the dinos also inhabited thelakes, the seas, the oceans of our planet. Of course,at that times the planet has not been ours, even to-day the planet is not ours, we have borrowed livingtime here, we are the guests, we borrowed episodesfor our existence (met 4 life). Furthermore (this termis usually used to connect sentences within a scien-tific paper submitted for publication in the New Eng-land Journal of Medicine, Nature, Science, EuropeanSurgery, The World Journal of Surgery, Surgical En-doscopy, Economy etc.); furthermore, the mirror im-age of the “moon face” and I is and has been inter-rupted by black islands and moving dancers in theskies. Many million years later man came aroundto name them: ocean, continent, clouds. At a givenpoint, man started to pray to the moon, stars and themilky way. Man started to cartoon the netherworld. And the woods of the Dinos have transformed intooil and gas. Three million years women and men ranaround without knowing about oil and gas, withoutknowing, what oil and gas could have been used for.Suddenly invention happened, detection happened. And today this oil and this gas has been transformedinto warfare, money and despotism. The use of thesemanifestations has been detected and invented byman and now drives the inventions and attitudes ofman. Here I (Horus) see: the still image world doesnot exist, the world appears as a process and the worldis beautiful (Fig. 2).

Conceptually every child is good, and then startsthis despotic process of education. As a consequence, children are transformed into machines to makemoney, into greedy machines to increase the power ofthose, who are in charge. I know that victims and loveexist and that love drives the process which translatesinto the perception termed “existence”, “being”. I knowthat love motivates positive changes and outstandinginnovations. I am a surgeon. I wish to understand, what I am doing. I am a surgeon. I wish to know,I wish to discover: what is it all about? I am a surgeon,I wish to learn (: this logo, this symbol is well takenand understood everywhere on this planet, imaginewhat happened if the same was true for love, peace, respect, tolerance, truth?). I am a surgeon, I love whatI am allowed to do. I love my surgeries. I respectthose, with whom I am allowed (and not forced) toperform surgeries. I am a teacher. Therefore, at leastfor this moment (what is now? what means now?),I allow myself to consider: we are utopia, we arebrothers and sisters, living in peace and harmony, under many suns, under many skies, below manystars, moons and milky ways, netherworlds, belowmany changes of atmosphere.

All perceptions originate out ofmy, individual, per-sonal stream of emotion, out of the inner circle of myheart, out of the inner circle of my desire, out of theinner circle of my Horus eye. I am the centre of myuniverse and as such I cannot imagine any other per-ception, except my own perception within this very, actual moment of emotion, temper, mood and atmo-sphere. (Even the lines within this text are YOUR per-ceptions, dear reader). European Surgery connects au-thors, readers and the industry. I cannot place myselfout of my own perception. Impossible! I am a processand this particular process is named, ends, desiresand hopes: the robot surgeon. Here you sit down ona chair and start to read using your outer language, sothat you and your amigos can hear it, please speak atvery low volume, quiet, distinct, slowly, word by word.It makes no sense to hurry, it makes no sense to com-bat with others. We all want to have the same: peace, love, happiness, cosiness, protection, respect and un-derstanding. Please read louder and very slowly, wordby word. It is, it is important, it is important to al-low respect. It is essential, because it is essential andtherefore translates into the essence to allow toler-ance. I am great if I do, what I love. If I am great atwhat I am doing, money will also come along. Getlouder by slowly reading word by word. Motivate oth-ers to laugh. Motivate others to be excited. Motivateothers to discover, elucidate and detect. Motivate oth-ers for fun, joy and happiness. Motivate others toenrich the positivity of our planet. Here you have toget louder. Motivate others to think positive. Pleaseread at the loudest volume that you are capable of. Mo-tivate others to abandon hate, envy and greed. Moti-vate others to abandon pollution of matter and mind.Motivate silence. Listen to your breath, listen to your

heart beat. Listen to the sound of your gut, gullet andstomach. Allow a pause. Allow an other pause. Standup, raise your buttock and shout out loud. I stop tolive the modes, models and desires of others. I wantto gather with those who wish to escape the groupthink and ask: what is the nature of man? Here yousit down and continue with normal conversation vol-ume, as if you were in the operation theatre and werekindly asking the nurse for an other forceps. Please, mydear, could you please tell me: what is the nature ofman? What is nature? Where could we find nature?I mean, the stomach may be nature, but it has beenturned into an artificial organ due to the consump-tion of plastic food and beverages. What is nature? The spine? Well, it has been changed into an artificialcolumn due to the plastic way of motion, walk andsit. What is nature? The heart became an artificialmuscle due to the intake and consumption of plasticmedications, foods and beverages. What is nature? Itmay turn out that it all translates into artificial man-ifestations due to the great inventions of man. Hereplease stand up and shout out very slowly, word bywordand very loud. It is all made up of human inventions, and these human inventions crush man to death. Itis all made up of human inventions, and man trans-lates INTO THE SLAVE OF HIS OWN INVENTIONS. Sit

down and allow yourself a pause. Then continue wordby word, slowly, but silent. We definitely became theslaves of our inventions. Let us name our inventions:all forms of logos, art, religion, warfare, politics (howto order, gather, manipulate and control people), phi-losophy (truth equals to that, what helps to increasepower?), science (what justifies to gain more powerand money?), economy (money justifies it all!!!).
