814R Copolymer Walkway Coating

This product is a synthetic rubber coating that transforms most existing roof membranes into an attractive and highly reflective surface. This coating is recommended for most common roof substrates; wood, metal, EPDM, APP, TPO, and Hypalon. (Application over tar based roofing is not recommended)

This coating is also available in safety colors, including safety yellow. Caution areas can be marked at roof perimeters, skylights, roof hatch openings, and other areas where care and safety must be exercised.

This is a copolymer rubber based liquid incorporating rubber granules to provide texture and slip resistance. The walkway coating helps to provide slip resistance, while preventing punctures, rips, tears, and splitting. It helps create a more permanent walkway solution, eliminating the need for conventional walkway system pads.

811FP is an acrylic self-plasticizing monolithic roof coating that withstands UV light, temperature extremes, mildew and normal foot traffic. This flexible membrane will accomodate building movement without cracking or splitting.

The coating can be applied in one, two, or three coat applications. It can be brushed, rolled or sprayed. Available in a variety of colors and functions with or without fabric reinforcement.

813 Acrylic Skylight Coating

Acrylic Roof Coatings

This is a clear acrylic coating that works great for coating over skylights or fiber glass panels. This coating withstands ultra violet light, temperature extremes, and mildew. Like the 811FP, this coating also accomodates building movement without cracking or splitting.
