DAY 1 – Thursday, May Departure from USA Departure from your closest international airport to Rome, Italy. Snacks and overnight on the plane.

Day 2 – Friday, May Arrival Rome / Rome guided visit Arrival to Rome Fiumicino international airport and meeting with your bilingual tour manager who will remain with you during all your stay to take care of all your needs. Get on board your bus and depart to Rome, the Eternal Capital. Time for a preliminary personal exploration of the city. Lunch on own

Rome: All roads lead to Rome – this is not the only reason that Rome is the most popular and visited city in Italy. The unique atmosphere of the Eternal City, with its numerous attractions and the rich historical heritage, attracts visitors. Roman ruins and temples, baroque palaces, romantic squares and fountains, countless churches and museums as far as the eye can see. The fusion of this rich historical and religious heritage with the life of a modern and vibrant city gives Rome a very unique flair that is well worth discovering.

Early in the afternoon, meeting with a local tour guide and guided walking tour among the main beautiful squares and fountains as Navona Square, Trevi’s Fountain, Spanish Steps and much more! Time to enjoy the city before your final transfer to your selected hotel in Rome area, check-in, dinner and overnight

Day 3 – Saturday, May Vatican Museums/ Practise with local lax team After breakfast, transfer to Vatican City for a guided visit of Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Square (ticket included)

Vatican Museums: the Vatican State encloses St. Peter’s Church and the Vatican Museums; the awe-inspiring late Rennaissance masterpiece was completed in over 150 years and built over a pre-existing Early Christian basilica. Highlights include Michelangelo’s Pietà, the Vatican Gardens, climbing the winding staircase to the top of the cupola for a magnificent view, the Sistine Chapel and Raffaello’s Rooms, both part of the Vatican Museum, the immense wind-swept square encircled by the colonnade.

Lunch on own and time to shop around Later in the afternoon, transfer to a local sport centre for a practice with Italian National team Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 4 – Sunday, May Florence guided visit/ Montecatini Terme After breakfast, check-out hotel and departure to Florence where you will arrive around midday. Time for a preliminary personal exploration and lunch on own

Firenze: In a valley on the banks of the River Arno and set among low hills covered with olive groves and vineyards, Florence is immediately captivating. Cradle of the Renaissance and home of Machiavelli, Michelangelo and the Medici, the city seems unfairly burdened with art, culture and history. Your guided tour will touch Piazza della Signoria, the cathedral and other highlights of the historical centre.

Early in the afternoon guided visit of the art capital of Italy and its main sightseeing. Time to stroll and shop around. Final transfer to your selected hotel in Montecatini Terme, nice SPA town close to Florence, check-in on your arrival, dinner and overnight

Montecatini Terme: Spa and Art Nouveau city, Montecatini is a charming spa district with villas, masterpieces of spa and residential architecture, primarily constructed at the turn of the twentieth century and patronize by Italian, European and American VIPs. Montecatini Alto is the old city of Montecatini that is accessed by the quaint red cable car providing stunning views of the squares and alleyways, loved by Giuseppe Verdi who spent his summers here.

Day 5 – Monday, May Food & wine tasting in Tuscany/ Leisure time Today morning some leisure time to spend in Montecatini. At about 10.00 am departure to a local farm close to Montecatini for a savoury food & wine tasting of local typical products (soft drinks for U21). Enjoy!

Free rest of the time on own for personal sightseeing and exploration. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 6 – Tuesday, May Cinque Terre touristic train/ Montecarlo/ Cannes – France Following breakfast, check-out hotel and departure to Tuscany via Cinque Terre. Once in La Spezia train station, you will take the touristic train who will lead you through Five Lands. Possibility to get on and off the train when you want for visiting (train ticket included, no guided visit).

The Cinque Terre (five towns) is a string of five fishing villages perched high on the Italian Riviera (region Liguria) which until recently were linked only by mule tracks and accessible only by rail or water. An ancient system of footpaths is still the best way to visit the five villages: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia,

Manarola and Riomaggiore. The Cinque Terre is noted for its beauty. Over centuries, people have carefully built terraces to cultivate grapes and olives on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the Mediterranean Sea. The breathtaking views of harbours far below the wild but hospitable coastline along with the medieval fortresses and plentiful vines and vibrant colours make this a memorable holiday.The Cinque Terre, recognized in 1997 by the Unesco Mankind's World Heritage, are today a National Park and Protected Marine Area with the aim of protecting this great cultural heritage and natural environment.

Your last stop will be Levanto where your bus will pick you up to transfer to Cannes, French Riviera (at about 3,5 hours driving). Possibility to stop on the way in Montecarlo for a quick visit of the Principality and to take some pics (no guided visit)

Montecarlo: Squeezed into just 200 hectares, this principality might be the world’s second-smallest country (the Vatican is smaller), but what it lacks in size it makes up for in attitude. A magnet for high-rollers and hedonists since the early 20th century, it's also one of the world's most notorious tax havens (residents pay no income tax). It's also famous for its annual Formula 1 Grand Prix, held every year in May since 1929.

Final transfer to your selected hotel in Cannes, check-in on your arrival, dinner and overnight

Day 7 – Wednesday, May Nice guided visit/ Leisure time Breakfast at hotel then transfer to Nice for a guided tour of the city . Lunch on own

Nice: the fifth largest city in France, acts as a magnet attracting people from all over the world, for a multitude of reasons. Not only renowned for its grace, Nice has become a hub for research in industry, science and advanced technology since the creation of such centers as Acropolis and Sophia Antipolis.

Afternoon at leisure to spend at the seaside or to visit the Fragonard Factory, in Eze, a close village, to discover the perfumes production and much more (optional, not included). Dinner and overnight at hotel

Day 8 – Thursday, May White-water rafting/ Como Lake Breakfast at hotel and check-out Early departure to Varallo Pombia, Novara’s province, (about 4,5 hours). Stops and lunch on the way Once there, get ready for your white-water rafting exciting experience!

At the end, time to restore. Departure to Como Lake area, check-in at hotel, dinner and overnight

Como: the lake capital town, surrounded by hills and mountains, boasts several artistic monuments from different historical periods and a breathtaking lake landscape just 40km away from Milan the charming town of Como offers plenty of things to enjoy and beautiful views. A local guide will be with you for a walking visit of the centre and will give you further suggestion for your spare time in the afternoon: get a boat ride and reach the famous lake village of Bellagio, or stop in other hidden villages and visit their centres, villas and parks… one day will not be enough!

Day 9 – Friday, May Leisure time/ Pizza making lesson/ Milan guided visit Breakfast at hotel then morning to explore Como on own (no guided visit). Later, join an Italian Pizza making lesson and have lunch all together!

Early in the afternoon transfer to Milan, fashion and economical capital of Italy and guided visit of the city

Milan: Main city of Lombardy and capital of the Italian fashion Milan is synonymous with style: it is Italy’s economic engine room and the world’s design capital. A local guide will conduct you on a tour of the most important monuments representing Italian art and history. The tour starts at the Sforza Castle and continues with a visit of the Duomo, of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and of the historical centre.

Day 10 – Saturday, May Friendly games & socializing dinner Breakfast and from about 9.30 am friendly games vs lax clubs from Europe. Play to win!

Lunch on own and leisure time to spend in Como to stroll and shop around. Today evening enjoy a socializing dinner with opponent teams! Overnight at hotel

Day 11 – Sunday, May Departure to USA After breakfast, hotel check out in time to get your flight back home. Ciao Italia! Thanks for the memories!
