Parish ramada. Traditional Mexican dishes will be

sold. There will also be entertainment; crowning of the

Queen of the Mexican Fiesta, scenography, and

traditional costume. The costume contest is open to the

entire community.

Presale tickets are available at the Parish office

for $7.00 and $8.00 day of event. All funds raised will be

used to help our Parish financial needs. Thank you and

SCHOOL NEWS On this 18-year anniversary of the horrific terror attacks of September 11, 2001, we pray for peace in our world. We pray for those who died and those still suffering that they may know God’s healing and peace. We pray that God will bless those who serve our communities and nation. The annual Immaculate Conception School BBQ will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m. Dinner tickets are $8.00 each and may be purchased from a school family, Parish or school offices. Raffle tickets are $2.00 each with a grand prize of $600.00, 2nd prize of $300, and 3rd prize of $200! 2019-2020 Immaculate Conception -RCIA Discover the Good News of Jesus Christ!

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is designed for adults who consciously and freely seek the living God and wish to enter the way of faith and conversion as the Holy Spirit opens their hearts. It is a series of Rites conducted in the context of learning about the Catholic faith and spiritual formation, through which a person is fully, incorporated into the Body of Christ the Church.

Those who have not been baptized and who wish to enter the Catholic Faith are invited to participate in RCIA.

Adults who have been baptized and would like to complete their Christian Initiation by preparing for and receiving the sacraments of Confirmation and First Communion are also invited to participate in RCIA. The Blue Mass is to honor those who lost their lives in the attacks against our country and for those who have lost their lives defending our freedom and protecting our lives daily. This is a remembrance Mass, and any representatives who wish to take part in the Mass or serve as a Honor Guard are called upon. We would like anyone who has photo’s of friends and family that have passed away in service since September 11, 2018 to be particularly remembered at this years Mass. Please invite any and all service Personnel, Marines, Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Police, Fire, Sheriff, Border Patrol, Homeland Security, American Legion, VFW, DAV, AMPOW, Boy Scouts, retired and injured veterans and anyone who wishes to be involved. Oficina del Ministerio Hispano de la Diócesis de Tucson: Formación Nivel I Programa de Ministerio Laico El Programa de Ministerio Laico es un programa que proporciona una introducción general a la fe católica. El programa ofrece oportunidades para el desarrollo espiritual de cada persona. Al mismo tiempo, brinda el conocimiento y las habilidades para varios ministerios pastorales. Esta formación cubre una amplia gama de áreas de especialización tales como: Formación Espiritual, Escritura, Fundamentos de Teología, Liturgia y Sacramentos, Moral Cristiana y Metodología. Este programa de Formación Nivel I se esmera en contestar preguntas que los católicos tienen con frecuencia. Las clases comienzan cada septiembre en diferentes lugares a lo largo de la Diócesis.
