Ventilation: Well designed & strategically placed Louvreclad louvres provide an excellent source of natural ventilation to ensure maximum air flow is maintained.

Resilient: Louvres are produced in Zincalume®, the full Colorbond® range & our new Woodgrain range.Support posts are manufactured from either hot-dipped galvanised steel or extruded aluminium depending on the application & area they are required for.(Screwing into aluminium posts prevents rusting on roofs or other structures which is a common problem when galvanised steel posts are cut or drilled on site)

Accurate: Both Colorbond® & Zincalume® blades are accurately cut to length (+/-1mm), complete with punched holes at each end of the blade & any intermediate positions for fixing to posts as required.

Durable: The series is roll formed from BlueScope Colorbond® or Zincalume® 0.55mm soft feed coil which is renowned for producing durable rainwater goods.Colorbond® comes with a protective strippable plastic film to protect the painted surface during construction.

Straight Clean Lines: When installing continuous runs of louvre blades, a profiled carrier strip is provided to accurately space the blades, maintaining straight clean lines.

Delta Series® Single Stage Louvres


Louvreclad Delta Series® is a high-strength roll-formed perforated steel louvre that ensures high security whilst simultaneously providing high volumes of ventilation.

This louvre is ideal for Plant Screening, car parks & buildings requiring high volumes of air inlet i.e. aircraft hangers & arenas.

An additional benefit of the Delta Series® is that it can be manufactured without the perforations for applications including architectural cladding, privacy screening or where blanked louvres are required.

Stronger Than Traditional LouvresDue to the unique interlocking louvre blades, exceptional strength is achieved providing a much higher impact resistance & maintenance of integrity than any other traditional louvre system.

Maximum SecurityThe high impact resistance achieved from the continuously interlocking blades prevents them from being wedged apart, making the Delta Series® virtually impenetrable, providing maximum security.

Faster InstallationAnother benefit of the interlocking blades means greater spans between posts can be achieved (2400mm max), therefore reducing the amount of support posts required & resulting in faster installation.

Load Test A load test was applied mid-span to two interlocked 2400mm sample Delta Series® blades using 22 only 2.4kg bricks totalling 52.8kg which is equivalent to 518N.There was no permanent deformation of the blades & therefore the maximum intermittent load is 259N per blade.

The Louvreclad Venus Series® is used either as the second stage to both Delta Series® or Varsity Series®, or as a stand-alone full-chevron louvre system.

Being a zero-vision, full-chevron louvre makes this system ideal for privacy screening as well as plant & equipment screening.

Attention to Detail• Louvre material is 0.55 base metal thickness • Finish either Colorbond® or Zincalume® steel• 42% free open area full-chevron louvre• 62.5mm blade pitch• Maximum blade span: 1800mm• Maximum blade length: 7200mm• Maximum side channel length: 4000mm• Zero-Vision through louvre• Vertical & horizontal blade orientation• Weather proof only when in ‘V’ configuration

Load TestA load test was applied to a 2000mm x 1500mm louvre panel of up to 500kg, which equates to 1400N. There was no permanent deformation of the blades, proving the system to be extremely strong, flexible & resistant to incidental live load.
