New Web Site: New Look, New Tools This summer we have been

working hard to redesign our web

site, making it easier to find infor-

mation and adding new tools that

we hope will make buying and

selling your home easier.

Besides the obvious redesign

elements, we now offer a fully

customizable search engine.

This will allow you to not only

search the entire metropolitan

area for current listing infor-

mation, but will also allow you to

save searches and have updates emailed directly to you. If a

new listing is posted that fits your criteria, you will be the first

to know.

The new site also features a blog that will include local and

relevant real estate news, home-ownership articles, tips and

ideas, digital copies of our newsletters, and city and town

information. Our web site will be current and updated rather

than just a static page with contact information.

We’ve also jumped head first into social media. We now are

using both Facebook and Twitter to market our listings, along

with updating our audience on real estate trends, updates

and pertinent information. Our new website has direct links

to both our Facebook page and our Twitter feed. We hope

that you will “like” and “follow” us to stay on top of current

activity in real estate.

We spent a lot of time researching how users search the In-

ternet for real estate needs, and we have incorporated those

into our new site. We have coded each page for maximum

search engine results and we have

given each listing their own subdo-

main. By having their own subdomain

that includes the address, search en-

gines will move the entry to the top.

source we can to get your information

out to the community and to potential

buyers.
