CALCIUM MOLASSESRod’s Calcium Molasses block has been specifically designed for times where there is a deficiency in calcium. Calcium is essential for lactating stock and for growth and development in young animals. The Calcium Molasses block contains a balance of essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements for use during lactation, when stock are grazing calcium deficient pastures or being supplemented with cereal grain.

COW AND CALFRod’s Cow & Calf block is specifically formulated for the transition period from average pasture to lush feed for Pre-Calv-ing and Lactating Cow’s. This specialty block contains high levels of magnesium which assists with muscle function during calving and other vital nutrients required during late pregnancy. It also contains elevated levels of vitamins, minerals and trace element to aid the lactating cow and benefit the growing calf.

The block contains a combination of urea and other proteins which stimulates the microflora in the rumen, promoting increased appetite and feed conversion efficiency on dry feeds. GREEN FEEDRods Green Feed Block has been designed for both sheep and cattle grazing lush grass dominant pastures and cereals. It is particularly beneficial where daily magnesium intake is known to be low and can be used as an aid to control grass tetany. The Green Feed block is suitable for any situation where stock are grazing lush green feed and contains a balance of vitamins, minerals and trace elements for sheep and cattle during the lactation period.

The block also contains a balance of essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements along with higher levels of calcium to overcome deficiencies when stock are grazing stubbles over summer or being supplemented with cereal grain.
