Travel Itinerary: Saratoga High School in Saratoga, WY

Friday, October 19 & Saturday, October 20, 2012:

• Travel to Saratoga (Friday):• Bus will leave at 7:00am from Cowley• Stop in Thermopolis (Players will purchase their own items)• Stop in Rawlins for pre-game meal (School Pays)• Continue to Saratoga arriving around 4:00pm

• Game Time:• 6:00pm

• Travel to Rawlins:• Bus will leave around 6:15pm• Stay the night in Rawlins at the Hampton Inn 307-324-2320

• Travel to Cowley (Saturday)• Bus will leave at 8:00am• Stop in Lander for snacks (Players will purchase their own items)• Stop in Thermopolis (Eat at McDonald’s• Arrive in

• Byron (West of School Building) around 3:15pm • Cowley (HS) around 3:30pm• Deaver (In front of School Building) around 3:45pm• Frannie (Elementary School) around 3:55pm

Notes: • Please have someone at each drop off location on time so bus doesn’t have to wait. It

would be ideal for our players to call 15-20 minutes before arriving at respective location. We will not leave each location until all players are picked up.

• Snack packs will be provided via Senior Parents and/or Booster Club for long trips. This year all regular season away games are considered long trips.

• School will pay for one meal per day, which will be the second meal of the day. It will be at the coaches discretion as to whether a second meal is needed.
