HOTELACCOMMODATIONSThe Westin Tabor Center, our host hotel, is located in the very heart of downtown Denver, within walking distance to the city’s finest shopping, cultural events, entertainment and historic sights. Popular destinations located nearby are Mile High Stadium, the U.S. Mint and the Denver Art Museum. A 90-minute drive will take you to world-class Rocky Mountain ski resorts, including Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone. CANCELLATIONPOLICYAll fees, except a $75 handling fee, will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received by December 31, 2009. No refunds will be granted after December 31, but substitutions will be allowed. Upon written request within 30 days of the conference, a coupon for 20% off the registration fee (not including optional events) will be issued, which can be used (by the canceling registrant only) for any ABI educational program up to one year after this conference, or for this same conference next year.
CONTINUINGEDUCATIONApproval for approximately 9 hours of CLE credit, including 3 hours of ethics, is pending. CPE credit is also available; approval for 9 CPE credits, including 3 of ethics, is pending. Mark the appropriate box on the registra-tion form.

*ABI offers advanced level courses, which have no prerequisites for

education on the National Registry of CPE sponsors. State boards of

on what the individual can reasonably afford to cover of the cost of meals
