INFO SHEET PROGRAM FEATURES All participants receive: 8-week training program on a 2-person team If you don’t have a partner we will attempt to find a partner for you. 1 personal training session per week As a participant, you will have all the privileges of our Package Plan Plus for the duration of the Rock Your Jeans program. Coupon to try 3 fee-based fitness and personal training classes (i.e., Zumba ® Circuit, Kettlebells, Pilates, TRX, Piloxing, etc.) Prior arrangements must be made before attending class. Please speak to your Personal Trainer for more information. Nutritional health guide and journal Program ends with Celebration Event and prizes: Teams who complete the program are eligible for a variety of raffle prizes and giveaways including a FREE pair of designer jeans. PROGRAM PROCESS Have a partner. Ask a family member, friend or co-worker to become a work out partner and sign up together at Columbia Athletic Club, Columbia Gym or Supreme Sports Club. If you don’t have a partner we will attempt to find a partner for you. A personal trainer will contact their assigned team to confirm the workout days and times Each participant should bring a pair of “goal jeans” (2 sizes smaller), to their first personal training session. The PT will keep the smaller “goal jeans” for the duration of the program. Participants will have the opportunity to try on their “goal jeans” half-way through the program to check their progress. You don’t have to have a jean size goal to participate! Join the fun and workout with a partner.
