Rock & Roll in ColorYellowTieGuy is not a band name . It is not a 

person 's name . And quite honestly , the longer

we perform and release original alternative rock

musical and vocal compositions , the less we feel

obligated to wear on . . .

YellowTieGuy is about that one thing that seems

to stand out in your mind even when you cannot

put your finger on exactly why it stands out at all .

Our history as a band as well as our personal

stories are a part of what we communicate to our

listeners in every song , whether on stage or in

the studio . It is real . It is personal . It is life in its

purest forms of celebration and tragedy . What we

cannot convey of ourselves we share in our

observances of those around us . Our music is at

once both new and yet comfortingly familiar .
