Green Project oers robot solutions or marking coils using as spraying device: a TEMA Multi unit, marking characters defned by a dot matrix or applications requiring a ast marking

cycle, or a TEMA Mono unit, whose opening synchronised with the robot movement produces characters defned

by a continuous line (like written by a human hand), very well readable also rom distance.Robot machines are more exible than standard machines as they can be easily updated / modifed inorder to satisy new marking requirements.

Main Marking Features Cold and Hot application up to

1100 C Coil orientation: axis vertical

or horizontal (parallel orperpendicular to coil transport)

Marking position: on thecylindrical surace (along thecoil axis or circumerential) onthe at surace (along a straightor curved line)

Symbols: letters, numbers,special characters (logos), DataMatrix code

Height o symbols rom 28 mmto 200 mm, in one or more lines

For TEMA Multi, onts basedon dot matrix: 7, 9 or 12 dots inheight

For TEMA Mono, standard andOCR onts, based on acontinuous line, are available
