Through this research, we recommend financially viable ways for our clients to reduce their dependencies on fossil fuels and embrace alternative clean energy technologies; including demand control ventilation, commercial refrigeration efficiency, power factor optimization, waste disposal management, solar and wind power, as well as air and water purification systems. We integrate solutions for schools, universities, retirement homes, churches, municipalities, hotels, hospitals, prisons, and commercial businesses; utilizing local labor for installations, thus supporting the communities that are supporting our organization. THE GALLUP POLL, Partner Princeton, NJ 2001-2008 I was a Partner with The Gallup Poll. I was responsible for the overall creation, leadership and growth of The Gallup Institute for Campus Engagement (GICE). GICE's mission helps to build student-centric, accountability-driven, and trust-based institutions. Prior to transitioning into higher education, I consulted with corporate clients such as Campbell Soup Company, Johnson & Johnson, The Vanguard Group, and Sovereign Bank. My expertise resides in building a stronger brand through utilizing objective data for prudent decision-making purposes. More specifically, my expertise is leveraging human psychology to strengthen the organizational culture in various critical areas; including brand management, employee engagement, customer engagement, diversity, talent-based selection, and leadership development. I am currently applying human psychology along with my vast corporate and entrepreneurial experience to help foster a fully engaged princetongreen community.

I have been a guest speaker at several universities including Harvard University, United States Air Force Academy, Duke University, Pennsylvania State University, Temple University, Nova Southeastern University, and Drexel University. In addition, I’ve been a guest speaker at The Pentagon and Capitol Hill, as well as corporate conferences, including The Vanguard Group, NovaCare, Sovereign Bancorp, and York International. I have also been a guest speaker on CN8 Money Matters Today.

Continental-Lockwood Party Rental Philadelphia, PA 1992-2001 Prior to joining Gallup, I started, built and sold the largest special events company in Philadelphia. We had over 150 employees and 2 major warehouses serving the Philadelphia region. Clients included the Philadelphia Eagles, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Academy of Music, and Sports Illustrated at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games.
