Earn 100 Self-Evaluation points in 2 categories every 5 years

20 Medical Knowledge points

20 Practice Assessment points

60 points in either Medical Knowledge or Practice

Performance

Points can apply to more than 1 certificate (e.g., internal

medicine and nephrology)

Complete a patient safety module and patient survey module

Schedule and pass the MOC examination once every 10 years
