July 2014 to the present Esso Exxon Mobil Project Value $ 2 BillionLongford Gas Conditioning Plant (GCP)Chicago Bridge & IronQA / QC SupervisorChicago Bridge & Iron is the Engineering Procurement Construction Management Company for Esso Exxon Mobil Development Corporation (Global) on the Longford GCP in Gippsland, Victoria being constructed adjacent to the existing Gas Processing Plant for the Bass Straight Oil & Gas Field. The purpose of this new plant is to extract the increased mercury levels in the gas harvested from the new offshore Kippa, Tuna & Turum Platforms in Bass Straight. My role involves the Supervision of resources, process & inspections for compliance of all Civil Works, Structural Erection Works, Mechanical Installation works for all fixed & rotating equipment, Vessels, Pipe Work and Coatings on the project. There is also a new 128 Klm steel pipeline to be installed by others from Longford to Long Island Point in Western Port Bay to replace the existing pipe line. I report to the CB&I Quality Manager being part of a multi discipline International Project Management Team.

June 2012 to June 2014 SANTOS Project Value $ 19 BillionGladstone Liquid Natural Gas Project UpstreamFluor AustraliaQA / QC Manager (Consultant)Fluor is the Engineering, Procurement Construction Management company for SANTOS on the GLNG Upstream Gas Project. Project expenditure peaked at $5 Million per day. My role is responsible for the overall project Quality function of the Field Mechanical Installation Group on three Gas Hubs under construction. This includes Civil, Structural, Mechanical & E&I. I enjoy the challenges of this project. Managing the Quality System & resources for the project across the three separate Gas Hub sites being constructed concurrently. The project involves Greenfield & Brownfield’s sites which include civil works, structural works and the installation of all fixed Mechanical Plant both rotating and static, all associated process equipment, Gas Turbine Alternators, Gas Compressors, Reverse Osmosis Desalination Water Treatment Plants, Underground Gas Storage units. Scrubbers, TEG Units. The project is across three remote sites constructing the following Gas Field Hubs, Fairview 05, Fairview 04 & Roma 02. The project also includes 173 Gas Well Pads & associated pipelines. Giving field support & surveillance to achieve approved design compliance and compliance to nominated SANTOS, ASME and AS Standards as per Project Design Specifications. As part of an International Project Management Team. This is an exciting challenging Project in a remote areas which makes it very enjoyable & challenging on a day to day basis. Responsibilities:

Report to the Project Quality Manager, Project Manager & Project Director. Run the Quality system and support all QC Field Inspectors & Document Control. Primary Contact for the Client SANTOS.

That is, a variety of pump types, compressors, chillers and capacities,84 Klm underground transfer pipe line of 1-930 diameter site welded to AS1554 between Wonthaggi & the Cardinia Supply Main at Berwick. 87 Klm’s of 220KV underground Power Supply to the Plant site at Wonthaggi from Cranbourne (longest of its design type in the world) with a unique developed thermal backfill to give optimum transmission efficiency. Including 87Klm’s of fibre optic cable for controls & monitoring. The power & fibre optic run adjacent to the pipe line including tunneling operations. A rapidly moving project with a tight dead line. The role involved giving positive proactive support to a multi discipline delivery teams in the field to achieve design compliance & compliance with AS & ISO standards specified by the designers. Responsibilities:

Key relationships: Report to the Project Quality System Manager. Management of all field QC Inspection Staff activities and data collection. Primary contact for The Independent Reviewer Environmental Assessor Office & the Proof

Construction of a new Head Office ($24 Million) for Australia’s largest International road and air freight logistics provider, Linfox. And a second project ($13 Million) being a Heavy Vehicle Research and Development Centre. These projects were run concurrently. The role included the Project Manager & I working closely with the client and consultants. Make sure procurement is on program & co-coordinated with the construction Program. Review scopes of works and contract packages prior to tendering. Participate in vetting sessions of sub-contractors and suppliers. The role was responsible for all site construction operations including civil works, structure, office fit out to a very high standard. Delegating to foreman and subordinate staff, co-coordinating subcontractors, monitor & manage safety. Cultivate Graduates in their role and carrier. Deliver the project on time and on Budget. My role involved the inspection of sub-contractors & TJH works for compliance during & post construction. To sign off all Inspection Test Plan points on behalf of Thiess John Holland on

bridges and associated structures progressively during construction. Rotating Extraction & forced ventilation Fans and emergency lighting on 6Klm’s of underground tunnels. Inspecting all sub

contractor and TJH works progressively at the nominated Inspection points to ensure compliance with design and Vicroads specifications. Co-ordinate joint inspections and cultivate a good

working relationship with the Proof Construction Engineer Verifier Office and the Independent Reviewers Office who represent the client Connecteast and Vicroads on the

project.To ensure that all defects & Non Conformances are rectified during construction within 30 days. To highlight any design issues that need to be addressed & proactively contribute to this

process. At completion of construction, prior to hand over I defect listed all structures along the entire length of the freeway. There is an overall total of more than 90 bridges & associated of

bridge structures on this project which were all constructed concurrently. Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Project Manager for Structures & the Project Regional Manager. Assist suppliers and Site Delivery Team Managers. Understand drawings and specifications and construction procedure. Coordinate inspections & liaise on technical compliance with the Proof Construction

Engineers Office & the Independent Reviewers Office. Cultivate the performance of sub-contractors & self performing crews for compliance in a

positive and proactive manner to assist in the expedition of the project. Give technical assistance and guidance to Contractors and TJH Foreman were required.

5. January 2006 to January2007Toyota Australia Project Value $35 MillionSite Manager (consultant)A state of the art industrial mechanical installation project with associated electrical and computer automated processes including commissioning. Of a new 300 Ton Komatsu Press and a Sonarruca strip role feeder. With automated out feed stacker including Robot and materials handling equipment. To stamp out motor vehicle body panels. This project is part of a global expansion by Toyota. I was recommended to the client for this role by the firm of managing consultants for Toyota. This project involved working with a team of eight Japanese Engineers through an interpreter and following Japanese documentation. Overseeing & programming of local mechanical and electrical engineering trade contractors in the installation and commissioning as well as construction. Develop a Project Safety Permit System. This project led to the Business development Role above.

Responsibilities: Responsible for all site construction & Installation works. Work in close contact with the clients Project Manager and the Financial Controller

monitoring costs with progress. Support and assist subordinate Mechanical and Electrical Trade’s Foreman and workforce. Programming of all associated works. Monitor and control safety, cultivate a pride in Zero Harm Environments. Commissioning Effectively managed the IR & Safety components of the Project.

Industrial, commercial & retail construction projects. These projects included a, dairy soft foods manufacturing plant for National Foods $70 mill. Climate controlled warehouse for Mars Confectionery $40 mill. Kraft Foods upgrade $3 mill. These Projects involved construction and installation and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical fixed & rotating process plant. Other construction projects I was involved with include New National Australia Bank Head Office $200 mill. Regional Office fit outs for Telstra, ANZ, National Australia Bank, Regional Office approximately $1 million each. Construction of shopping centre extensions $300 Million. This role also included contributing too business development, participating in concept design teams for Projects in the commercial and retail sector including civil works on infrastructure projects included Tunneling, Road construction & and all associated infrastructure services ie.
