A TEAM is a group of people that share in a passion and desire to work together. A Worship Arts TEAM is individuals with different gifts, sharing their strengths and God-given creativity for a common goal in a group. What is the goal for R.O.A.R.? To share the message of the Gospel and shine the love of Jesus Christ in all that we do. Here are 4 characteristics of a powerful prophetic TEAM culture. There is much more power in a team working together than individuals doing completely separate movements.

1. PASSION: as a TEAM we share a zeal (excitement) for Jesus Christ,
the lover of our soul. Being in Christ (being a Christian) is our way of
life everyday not just when we are at Church.
2. INTEGRITY: as a TEAM we do not compromise! We adorn ourselves
with garments that are fit to worship our King. (Psalm 45:10-15)
3. CONFIDENCE: we have unwavering faith that the Holy Spirit works
through us and ministers to others. We build one another up in the
holy faith and encourage them to press on to the high call…
4. FOCUS: as a TEAM we work together to present a message to others.
One person does not outshine the rest; we all shine with the love of
Jesus and express His love to others.
~Our focus is our goal~
These 4 characteristics give us a fuller understanding of
working together instead of against or separate but as
one.
Yes, we will see each other’s limitations but many of
them can be overcome by encouragement from the
TEAM and with just stepping out and doing something
we have not done before or didn’t think we could.
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Matthew 19:26
Be fearless not full of fear! R.O.A.R. has the Lion of Judah as our symbol for a reason; a lion roars and all that hear that roar have fear or another words; respect and honor for his position

in the animal kingdom. Jesus IS the Lion of Judah and when He comes back again every knee shall bow…now that’s respect (fear, reverence). (#H3372=yare)

TOPIC: GARMENTS & SUNDAY WORSHIP (Demonstrations)
All of our garments that we wear when we worship must have sleeves. This
means that the shirt underneath must have at least short sleeves but
preferably longer. (I know we live in Florida so short sleeves if you must
but, NO CAP SLEEVES).
When wearing dress whites we need long sleeve white shirts underneath.
Can we all look around and try and find some? Let the TEAM know where
we can get them. Thx!
On Sunday mornings regular clothes are find underneath the colorful
garments but be sure to have a shirt underneath with sleeves.
DEMONSTRATION: DOS AND DON’TS WHEN WORSHIPPING THE LORD

Someone had recently asked me about doing billows during worship on Sunday mornings. We do not do them anymore because the people cannot see the screen with the words. So in saying that, we will use billows for WA Presentations or if we are asked to use one.

Should we be changing our worship tools during a song? ANSWER: Very rarely, be sure that the Holy Spirit is directing you to change. Too much changing causes distractions and people will be wondering what we are doing.
