The workshop has been designed and developed under the guidance of Shri V.P.Raja, Former Chairman,MERC, Shri V.S.Verma, Former Member, CERC and Shri V.J.Talwar , Former Member (Technical)APTEL Shri V.L.Sonvane, Former Member(technical) MERC and by the experts from RMCS . Theworkshops is focused on the recent developments and understand the evolving structure of the tarifffixation process, right from preparation of tariff petition to issue of tariff orders in the power sector.

WORKSHOP OJECTIVES

This workshop aims at educating and familiarizing the technical and non technical personnel, in theutilities and the regulatory commissions, engaged in the process of the Tariff determination right frompreparation of tariff petition, tariff fixation, drafting and evaluating with the tariff regulations & provisions,requirements and stipulations and issue of tariff orders.
