• Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) is a process where the asphalt recycling occurs in a central location
• Asphalt emulsion is added, and the CCPR mix can be used immediately for paving or stockpiled for later use for maintenance blade patching or pot hole repair
• CCPR is set up in a central location where several possible projects or applications could take place
• RAP (reclaimed asphalt pavement) is a valuable asset that can be given new life and then used to pave roads and parking lots using conventional paving equipment
