1. What government position do you think Rizal would occupy for the benefit of the Filipinos? Why?
- Department of Justice. Because Rizal always practice practices self-discipline wherever he is. He is a citizen who really wants justice for all the Filipinos who are being deprived and undergo oppression. As he really want to state in his novel El Filibusterismo. Rizal was inspired and a raging fire for justice was ignited in him.
2. What virtues of Rizal could be best emulated by:
a. Youth of today
His nationalism, because some of the youth of today they
don’t care about their motherland. His eagerness in his
academics. Being industrious and his love to his family.
b. Government officials
Leadership. His patriotism, optimism, and undying love
for his country his belief in his countrymen which set
him apart.
c. People seeking for change
His desire to possess happiness. His ability to think,
aspire and strive to rise; and the proper use of hearth,
brain and spirit-all of these combining to enhance the
intricacies, beauty and values of human nature.
